Description
前記片面(2a)には凹凸が設けられ、
前記粘着剤層(3)が前記凹凸の底部(2a1)に接触しないように、前記集光性シート(4)が前記片面(2a)に貼合されている
ことを特徴とする集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)を提供するものである。
本発明の集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)を構成する光拡散板(2)としては通常、透明材料中に光拡散剤が分散された板状の成形体が用いられる。
マット面状である場合、凹凸の十点平均粗さ(Rz)は通常5μm〜100μmである。
片面(2a)がランダムな凹凸からなるマット面状の光拡散板(2)に、無色透明な粘着剤層(3)を介して、集光性シート〔市販の液晶ディスプレイ装置(8)を構成するバックライト装置(6)に組み込まれて使用されていたもので、ポリエステルフィルム(厚み150μm)の片面に頂角(α)90°、深さ25μmのV溝がピッチ50μmで形成されたもの。〕(4)を貼合して、集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)を得た。光拡散板の片面(2a)に設けたマット面の凹凸の十点平均粗さ(Rz)は、JIS B0601:2001に従い測定したところ、25.3μmであった。
片面(2a)がランダムな凹凸からなるマット面状の光拡散板(2)に、無色透明な粘着剤層(3)を介して、実施例1で用いたと同じ集光性シート(4)を貼合して、集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)を得た。光拡散板の片面(2a)に設けたマット面の凹凸の十点平均粗さ(Rz)は、JIS B0601:2001に従い測定したところ、1.79μmであった。この集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)は、片面の凹凸の底部(2a1)が粘着剤層(3)と接触しており、空隙(9)は殆ど存在せず、空隙(9)の全面積(S9)は、集光性シート貼合光拡散板(1)の全面積(S1)の1%未満であった。

- 光拡散板の片面に粘着剤層を介して集光性シートが貼合されてなり、
前記片面には凹凸が設けられ、
前記粘着剤層が前記凹凸の底部に接触しないように、前記集光性シートが前記片面に貼合されていることを特徴とする集光性シート貼合光拡散板。 - 請求項1に記載の集光性シート貼合光拡散板および該集光性シート貼合光拡散板の背面側に配置された光源を備え、
集光性シート貼合光拡散板は前記集光性シートが前面側となるように配置されているバックライト装置。 - 請求項2に記載のバックライト装置および該バックライト装置の前面側に配置された液晶セルを備えた直下型液晶ディスプレイ装置。
