Description
裂の生成が見られている。真空バルブの信頼性を確保する為、上記界面ずれや亀裂生成を抑制する接合技術が要求される。
比較例1では、ろう材として貴金属元素であるPdを10wt%含有したBPd−2(Ag−31.5Cu−10Pd)を使用した結果、シールド/サポートは脱落せず、接合されており耐電圧特性も目標値の1.2倍であった。

実施例4ではろう材としてCu−15Snを、実施例5ではAg−20Snを、実施例6ではAg−28Cu−1Niを、それぞれ使用したところ、粘性率は2.6×10-3Pa・s,5.1×10-3Pa・s,3.2×10-3Pa・sであり試験結果はシールド/サポートは脱落せず、接合されており耐電圧特性も目標値の1.1倍であった。
前記比較例1〜2と実施例1〜6では、接合雰囲気が真空中の事例について記載したが本発明の主旨はこれに限るものではない。

Claims (1)
- 真空バルブの部分組立てに用いるステンレス同士を接合する真空バルブ用接合材料であって、28〜90wt%のCuと、10〜71wt%のAgと、残りの成分としての20wt%以下のSn,Niの内の少なくとも1種類の添加元素とから成り、820℃での液相の粘性率が2.6×10−3Pa・s以上であることを特徴とする真空バルブ用接合材料。
