Description
図13に示すように、接点モジュールMに組み込む接点機構5を、可動片7をバネ9によって固定端子6から離反する方向に付勢した常開接点仕様に構成し、2個の接点モジュールMを並列配備して、シーソー作動するアクチュエータ2で背反操作して、2回路を背反して開閉するスイッチAを構成することも可能である。なお、常開接点仕様の接点機構5においては、可動片7をプランジャ8に変位可能に支持するとともに、接点押圧方向にバネ11でバックアップ付勢し、接点切換えストローク以上のプランジャ8の変位を可動片7の後退変位で吸収するようにしておくことが望ましい。

Claims (7)
- 常閉あるいは常開のいずれか一方の接点機構をモジュールケースに組み付けて接点モジュールを構成し、
同一の接点機構の複数の接点モジュールと、回転する単一のアクチュエータとをスイッチケースに組み込み、
前記アクチュエータの支点の両側または一方側に、複数の前記接点モジュールを前記アクチュエータの回転面に垂直な方向に沿って配置し、この配置された接点モジュールをアクチュエータで操作可能に構成したことを特徴とするスイッチ。 - 前記アクチュエータの回転面に沿った方向となるモジュールケースの前後方向に沿って操作位置の異なる複数の接点モジュールを前後同じ向きで配置して、複数の接点モジュールの各操作位置をアクチュエータの支点の両側に配置する請求項1に記載のスイッチ。
- 前記モジュールケースの中心から偏位して操作位置が設定された複数の接点モジュールを、所定の接点モジュールを前記アクチュエータの回転面に沿う方向となるモジュールケースの前後方向に関して前後向きを反転させた姿勢で配置して、複数の接点モジュールの各操作位置をアクチュエータの支点の両側に配置する請求項1に記載のスイッチ。
- 前記スイッチケースに組み込まれる前記接点モジュールが、常閉の接点機構である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチを構成する接点モジュールであって、
固定接点を備えた一対の固定端子と、前記固定接点に対向する一対の可動接点を備えた可動片とを、常閉あるいは常開のいずれか一方に対応させて配置した接点機構をモジュールケースに組み付け、前記可動片を変位作動させるプランジャの操作部をモジュールケースの中心から偏位した位置に配置してあることを特徴とする接点モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載のスイッチを構成する接点モジュールであって、
固定接点を備えた一対の固定端子と、前記固定接点に対向する一対の可動接点を備えた可動片とを、常閉あるいは常開のいずれか一方に対応させて配置した接点機構をモジュールケースに組み付け、スイッチのアクチュエータの回転面に沿う方向となるモジュールケースの前後方向に沿って異なった位置に操作部が形成された2種類の前記プランジャを使い分けてモジュールケースに組み込むことで、モジュールケースに対するプランジャの操作位置を選択可能に構成してある接点モジュール。 - 請求項1または3に記載のスイッチを構成する接点モジュールであって、
固定接点を備えた一対の固定端子と、前記固定接点に対向する一対の可動接点を備えた可動片とを、常閉あるいは常開のいずれか一方に対応させて配置した接点機構をモジュールケースに組み付け、スイッチのアクチュエータの回転面に沿う方向となるモジュールケースの前後方向に沿って操作部が偏位して設けられた同一仕様の前記プランジャを、取付け向きを前後選択してモジュールケースに組み込むことで、モジュールケースに対するプランジャの操作位置を選択可能に構成してある接点モジュール。
