Description
A)自動車と電子廃棄物に対する分解によって金属の分解物が得られるが、得られた金属分解物に対し洗浄、及び/又は粉砕、及び/又は選別することによって、数山の同質金属分解物が得られる。
B)各種同質金属分解物に対して、全元素分析を行う。
C)それぞれの同質金属物重量とその他同質金属物に対して異なるデータの配合を行い、これらの異なる重量配合によって、重み付き平均計算を行い、各種重量配合の全元素重み付き平均値を算出する。
D)異なる重量配合の全元素重み付き平均値を各種合金記号と比較して、最も接近する1種又は複数種の合金記号を探し出して、標的合金記号とする。
E)標的合金記号に従って、対応する配合中の金属物に対して再加工を行い、標的合金記号の合金完成品又は製錬原料が得られる。
A)自動車と電子廃棄物に対する分解によって金属の分解物A1が得られるが、得られた金属分解物を洗浄、及び/又は粉砕、及び/又は選別することによって、数山の同質金属分解物A2が得られる。その中で、洗浄操作には、水洗や、化学洗浄、超音波洗浄中の一種又は数種が含まれており、粉砕操作には、切断や、ハンマーなどが含まれており、選別操作には振動選別や、磁性選別などが含まれている。
B)各種同質金属分解物に対して、全元素分析を行う。
C)それぞれの同質金属物重量とその他同質金属物に対する異なるデータの配合C1を行い、これらの異なる重量配合によって、重み付き平均計算を行い、各種重量配合の全元素重み付き平均値C2を算出する。
D)異なる重量配合の全元素重み付き平均値を各種合金記号と比較D1、最初に元素の重量配合を除去する必要がないか、又は除去の必要のある元素種類が最も少ない重量配合を選択し、除去する元素種類が最も少ない基準によりソートして各種配合D2を選択してから、次第に予想の市価や、再加工コスト、再加工投資、純原料再添加価格などの諸基準に従って、各種配合に対する後続的選別D3を行い、各種ソート選択によって得られた配合に対して総合的にバランスを取り、最終的に一種又は複数種の標的合金記号D4を選定する。
E)標的合金記号に従って、対応する配合中の金属物に対して再加工を行い、標的合金記号の合金完成品又は製錬原料が得られる。再加工には、インゴット圧縮操作E1や、乾式製錬E2、湿式製錬E3中の一種又は数種が含まれており、前記湿式製錬E3には差別溶解法や、抽出法が含まれており、前記乾式及び/又は湿式製錬において、適時且つ適当量のプロセス助剤と調節元素を添加する。
Claims (9)
- 自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセスであって、
A)自動車と電子廃棄物を分解することによって金属を含む分解物を得、得られた該金属を含む分解物を洗浄、及び/又は粉砕、及び/又は選別することによって、含まれる元素の割合が等しい同質の金属物からなり、山同士は含まれる元素の割合が異なり異質である複数の同質金属物の山を得、該複数の同質金属物の山の各山の重量を決定し、
B)前記複数の同質金属物の山の各山に対して、全元素分析を行って、各山に含まれる元素の割合を決定し、
C)前記複数の同質金属物の山の各山の重量および各山に含まれる元素の割合に基づいて、互いに異質な前記複数の同質金属物の山から金属物の重量の一部または全部を取り出して組合せる場合の複数の可能な重量の組合せについて、組合せた金属物の重量と組合せた金属物に含まれる元素の割合を算出し、
D)前記複数の可能な重量の組合せにおいて組合せた金属物に含まれる元素の割合を、既知の各種合金に含まれる元素の割合のデータと比較し、最も近接する1種又は複数種の合金を探し出して、標的合金とし、。
E)前記標的合金に対応する1または複数の重量の組合せ中の金属物に対して再加工を行い、標的合金の合金完成品又は製錬原料を得る、
の上記A)〜E)のステップを含む、自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。 - 前記ステップDにおいて、標的合金を選択する場合、元素を除去する必要がない重量の組合せか、又は除去の必要がある元素種類が最も少ない重量の組合せを先ず選択することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記ステップDにおいて、標的合金設定の場合、先ず除去する必要のある元素種類が最も少ない基準によってソートして複数の組合せを選択してから、次第に予想の市価や、再加工コスト、再加工投資、純原料再添加価格の諸基準に従って、前記複数の組合せに対する後続的選別を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記ステップAにおいて、洗浄操作には水洗や、化学洗浄、超音波洗浄中の一種又は数種が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記ステップAにおいて、粉砕操作には切断やハンマーが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記ステップAにおいて、選別操作には振動選別や、磁性選別が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記ステップEにおいて、再加工にはインゴット圧縮操作、乾式製錬、湿式製錬中の一種又は数種が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記乾式、及び/又は湿式製錬において、適時且つ適当量のプロセス助剤と調節元素を添加することを特徴する、請求項7記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
- 前記湿式製錬には、差別溶解法と抽出法が含まれており、前記乾式製錬にはプラズマ高温溶融法が含まれることを特徴する、請求項7記載の自動車と電子廃棄物金属の回収プロセス。
