Claims (9)
- 複数の能力及び代替能力を備えるモジュールを複数有し、入力されたジョブに対して再構成可能な生産システムのワークフローをプラニングしてスケジューリングする、コンピュータ制御されたシステムであって、
システムコントローラと、
故障によってオフラインとなったオフラインモジュールを利用せずにワークユニットの生産をプラニングする少なくとも1つのプラニング機能と、
前記オフラインモジュールを利用せずにワークユニットの生産をスケジューリングする少なくとも1つのスケジューリング機能と、
を含み、
前記プラニング機能は、
プラニングに必要な制約、先行制約、タイミングの少なくとも1つを含む選択変数をメモリに記憶し、プラニングされる少なくとも1つのワークユニットを選択する手段と、
前記ワークユニットを生産するための前記能力を、前記オフラインモジュールが使用されないように決定する手段と、
前記ワークユニットを生産するための前記能力が前記オフラインモジュールを使用せずに利用できるか否かを決定する手段と、
前記ワークユニットを生成するための前記能力が前記オフラインモジュールを使用せずに利用できない場合、後続のワークユニットを遅延させ、前記ワークユニットをプラニングから除外する手段と、
選択変数を用いて制約を修正する手段と、
選択変数及び共通モジュールに関する制約をメモリにポストする手段と、
タイミング及び先行制約をメモリにポストする手段と、
ジョブの一部のみがスケジュールされている場合、前記プラニングに基づいて代替能力を備えるモジュールを確保する手段と、
を有し、
前記先行制約は、すべての代替能力の出力タイミングが単一の時間変数に関連付けられた制約である、システム。 - 請求項1に記載の再構成可能な生産システムのプラニング及びスケジューリングシステムにおいて、プラニングされるワークユニットの選択は、入力ジョブ記述に基づく、システム。
- 請求項1に記載の再構成可能な生産システムのプラニング及びスケジューリングシステムにおいて、前記修正された制約は、再構成可能な生産システムモジュールが占有される時間中のリソースの確保を含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載の再構成可能な生産システムのプラニング及びスケジューリングシステムにおいて、オフラインリソースのためにプラニング及びスケジューリングの考慮から一時的に除外したワークユニットは、後の反復において再びプラニングされ、要求されるリソースが依然としてオフラインであれば再び遅延される、システム。
- 請求項1に記載の再構成可能な生産システムのプラニング及びスケジューリングシステムにおいて、オフラインリソースのためにプラニング及びスケジューリングの考慮から一時的に除外したワークユニットは、ワークユニットを必要なリソースによって選択することができ、これらのリソースが利用可能になると、プラニングされスケジューリングされるワークユニットの集合に再挿入される、システム。
- 複数の能力及び代替能力を備えるモジュールを複数有し、入力されたジョブに対してコンピュータ制御された再構成可能な生産システムのためのワークフローをプラニングしてスケジューリングする方法であって、
故障によってオフラインとなったオフラインモジュールを利用せずに、少なくとも1つの再構成可能な生産システムのためのワークフローをプラニングするステップと、
前記オフラインモジュールを利用せずに、前記再構成可能な生産システムにおける前記複数のモジュールに対してワークフローをスケジュールするステップと、
を含み、
前記ワークフローをプラニングするステップは、
プラニングに必要な制約、先行制約、タイミングの少なくとも1つを含む選択変数をメモリに記憶し、プラニングされる少なくとも1つのワークユニットを選択するステップと、
前記ワークユニットを生産するための前記能力が前記オフラインモジュールを使用せずに利用可能か否かを決定するステップと、
前記ワークユニットを生産するための前記能力が前記オフラインモジュールを使用せずに利用できない場合、後続のワークユニットを遅延させ、前記ワークユニットをプラニングから除外するステップと、
選択変数を用いて制約を修正するステップと、
選択変数及び共通モジュールに関する制約をメモリにポストするステップと、
タイミング及び先行制約をメモリにポストするステップと、
ジョブの一部のみがスケジュールされている場合、前記プラニングに基づいて代替能力を備えるモジュールを確保するステップと、
を有し、
前記先行制約は、すべての代替能力の出力タイミングが単一の時間変数に関連付けられた制約である、方法。 - 請求項6に記載のコンピュータ制御された再構成可能な生産システムのワークフローをプラニングしてスケジューリングする方法において、前記修正された制約は、再構成可能な生産システムモジュールが占有される時間中のリソースの確保を含む、方法。
- 請求項6に記載のコンピュータ制御された再構成可能な生産システムのワークフローをプラニングしてスケジューリングする方法において、オフラインリソースのためにプラニング及びスケジューリングの考慮から一時的に除外したワークユニットは、後の反復において再びプラニングされ、要求されるリソースが依然としてオフラインであれば再び遅延される、方法。
- 請求項6に記載のコンピュータ制御された再構成可能な生産システムのワークフローをプラニングしてスケジューリングする方法において、オフラインリソースのためにプラニング及びスケジューリングの考慮から一時的に除外したワークユニットは、ワークユニットを必要なリソースによって選択することができ、これらのリソースが利用可能になると、プラニングされスケジューリングされるワークユニットの集合に再挿入される、方法。
