Description
そして、本搾乳装置では、乳首被覆部材に大径側開口部から乳首が挿入された状態で、必要に応じて支持位置調整手段によって乳首支持部の刺激手段に対する位置が調整され、刺激手段が作動される。すると、刺激手段の押圧動作が第1の柔軟部を介して乳首被覆部材内の乳首に押圧荷重又は変位として入力される。この際、乳首は、刺激手段とは反対側から第2の柔軟部を介して乳首支持部によって支持される。これにより、本搾乳装置では、乳首にしっかりと押圧動作を伝えることができ、効果的に母乳の採取を行うことができる。
このように、本搾乳装置では、効果的に母乳の採取を行うことが可能となる。また、本搾乳装置では、乳首支持部による乳首被覆部材内の乳首の支持位置を支持位置調整手段によって調整し得る構成であるため、個人差や乳房の状態変化に応じて適切な乳首支持位置を設定することができる。なお、本発明における乳首支持部は、支持位置調整手段と一体的に構成されても良い。

Claims (4)
- 一端側に乳首を挿入するための大径側開口部が形成されると共に他端側に小径側開口部が形成された筒状フレームと、前記筒状フレームの前記大径側開口部と小径側開口部との間における周方向の一部に設けられ、前記筒状フレームの外側からの押圧力によって該筒状フレームの内方に向けて変形可能な第1の柔軟部と、前記筒状フレームの前記大径側開口部と小径側開口部との間における前記第1の柔軟部と対向する位置に前記第1の柔軟部とは独立して設けられ、前記筒状フレームの内側からの押圧力によって該筒状フレームの外方に向けて変形可能な第2の柔軟部と、を備えた乳首被覆部材と、
前記乳首被覆部材の前記小径側開口部に連通され、乳を回収するための回収器と、
前記第1の柔軟部に乳首への押圧刺激を伝達するための刺激手段と、
前記乳首被覆部材における前記第2の柔軟部の外側に配置され、前記第1の柔軟部を介して伝達される前記刺激手段による乳首への押圧刺激に対し、前記乳首被覆部材に挿入された乳首を支持するための乳首支持部と、
前記刺激手段に対する前記乳首支持部との相対位置を調整可能な支持位置調整手段と、
を備えた搾乳装置。 - 前記筒状フレームは、前記大径側開口部と小径側開口部との間における周方向の一部に形成された第1の窓部と、該第1の窓部の周方向両端部との間に骨格部が形成されるように形成された第2の窓部とを有し、
前記第1の柔軟部は、前記第1の窓部を弾性部材で閉止して構成され、
前記第2の柔軟部は、前記第2の窓部を弾性部材で閉止して構成されている請求項1記載の搾乳装置。 - 前記筒状フレームは、乳首が挿入された状態で上下方向の上側となる上部よりも下部が手前側に突出すると共に上下方向の張り出し量が多くなる上下非対称形状とされており、
前記第1の柔軟部は、乳首が挿入された状態で上下方向の下部となる周方向の一部に設けられており、
前記第2の柔軟部は、乳首が挿入された状態で上下方向の上部となる前記第1の柔軟部との対向位置に設けられており、
かつ、前記第1の柔軟部及び第2の柔軟部は、前記筒状フレームの軸方向から見てそれぞれ略半円状に形成されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の搾乳装置。 - 前記大径側開口部から乳首が挿入された前記乳首被覆部材の内部に負圧を生じさせるための負圧発生手段をさらに備えた請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載の搾乳装置。
