Claims (3)
- 第一の平面状面(32)と、該第一の平面状面に対向した第二の平面状面(22)とを有するハウジング(20)にして、これら平面状のハウジング面(22、32)は、軸線(17)に沿って可動であり且つ該軸線(17)の周りを回転可能であるスラストディスク(11)を取り囲んでおり、前記スラストディスク(11)は、第一及び第二の軸方向軸受面(12、13)を有している、前記ハウジング(20)内にて使用するのに適した流体動圧軸受セット(10)において、
前記第一の軸方向軸受面(12)に隣接して配設され且つ前記ハウジング(20)に取り外し可能に固定された第一の頂部フォイル(21)であって、前記第二の平面状のハウジング面(22)と接触する第一の頂部フォイルばねを有し、該第一の頂部フォイルばねは、前記第一の頂部フォイル(21)を前記スラストディスク(11)から離すように付勢している、前記第一の頂部フォイル(21)と、
前記第一の頂部フォイル(21)と前記第一の平面状のハウジング面(32)との間に取り外し可能に固定された第一のアンダースプリング(25)と、
前記第二の軸方向軸受面(13)に隣接して配設され且つ前記ハウジング(20)に取り外し可能に固定された第二の頂部フォイル(23)と、
前記第二の頂部フォイル(23)と前記第二の平面状のハウジング面(22)との間にて取り外し可能に固定された第二のアンダースプリング(27)と、を備え、
前記第一の頂部フォイルばねは、前記第一の頂部フォイル(21)の周縁に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの二重板ばね(41)を備え、該二重板ばね(41)は、2つの板ばねアーム(47a、47b)を有している、流体動圧軸受セット(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受セット(10)において、前記2つの板ばねアームは、少なくとも1つの半径方向幹部(47c)から延びて弧状の形状を形成し、前記2つの板ばねアームは、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向幹部(47c)を介して前記第一の頂部フォイルの周縁と接続されている、流体動圧軸受セット(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受セット(10)において、前記2つの板ばねアーム(63a、63b)は、少なくとも1つの半径方向幹部に対して直角に延びて直線状の形状を形成し、前記2つの板ばねアーム(63a、63b)は、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向幹部を介して前記第一の頂部フォイルの周縁と接続されている、流体動圧軸受セット(10)。
