Claims (4)
- 2個以上32個以下の発光ダイオードが第2ノードと第4ノードの間に直列に接続され、直列に接続された発光ダイオードの内で第1発光ダイオードのアノードが前記第2ノードに接続されて最後の発光ダイオードのカソードが前記第4ノードに接続された複数の発光ダイオードグループと、
前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々の前記発光ダイオードの数に基づいて、第1ノードを通じて入力される入力電圧より低い定電圧を、前記第2ノードを通じて前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々に出力し、第3ノードと前記第4ノードの間に形成されたインダクタを含む複数の定電圧提供部と、
前記複数の定電圧提供部の各々にパルス幅変調信号を提供するパルス幅変調信号提供部と、
を含み、
前記複数の定電圧提供部の各々は、
前記第1ノードと前記第3ノードの間に接続され、前記インダクタに貯蔵されたエネルギーを前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々に伝達するダイオードと、
前記第1ノードと前記第4ノードの間に接続されたキャパシタと、
前記第1ノードと前記第2ノードの間に接続された電流センシング抵抗と、
第5ノードに接続されたベース端子、前記第3ノードに接続されたコレクター端子、及び第6ノードに接続されたエミッター端子を含み、前記第5ノードを通じて入力されるスイッチング制御信号に応答して前記インダクタのエネルギーの貯蔵量を調節するスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング制御信号を前記第5ノードに提供し、前記インダクタに貯蔵されるエネルギーの上限値を制限するためのエネルギー調節電流を前記第6ノードに提供し、第7ノードを通じてフィードバック電圧の供給を受けて前記フィードバック電圧と所定の基準電圧を比較して前記スイッチング制御信号を調節して前記スイッチング素子のターン−オン時間を調節するスイッチング制御信号提供部と、
前記電流センシング抵抗を通じてセンシングされた電流を減少させ、前記フィードバック電圧を減少させる、前記第1ノード、前記第2ノード及び前記第7ノードに接続された電流調節部と、
前記第6ノードと接地電圧(GND)が供給される第8ノードの間に接続され、前記エネルギー調節電流を調節する第1抵抗と、
前記第7ノードと前記第8ノードの間に接続されて前記フィードバック電圧を調節する第2抵抗を含む発光ダイオード駆動装置。 - 前記スイッチング素子は、MOSトランジスタから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光ダイオード駆動装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子は、バイポーラジャンクショントランジスタから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光ダイオード駆動装置。
- 液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの後方から前記液晶パネルを照明するための発光ダイオード駆動装置とを含み、
前記発光ダイオード駆動装置は、
2個以上32個以下の発光ダイオードが第2ノードと第4ノードの間に直列に接続され、直列に接続された発光ダイオードの内で第1発光ダイオードのアノードが前記第2ノードに接続されて最後の発光ダイオードのカソードが前記第4ノードに接続された複数の発光ダイオードグループと、
前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々の前記発光ダイオードの数に基づいて、第1ノードを通じて入力される入力電圧より低い定電圧を、前記第2ノードを通じて前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々に出力し、第3ノードと前記第4ノードの間に形成されたインダクタを含む複数の定電圧提供部と、
前記複数の定電圧提供部の各々にパルス幅変調信号を提供するパルス幅変調信号提供部と、
を含み、
前記複数の定電圧提供部の各々は、
前記第1ノードと前記第3ノードの間に接続され、前記インダクタに貯蔵されたエネルギーを前記複数の発光ダイオードグループの各々に伝達するダイオードと、
前記第1ノードと前記第4ノードの間に接続されたキャパシタと、
前記第1ノードと前記第2ノードの間に接続された電流センシング抵抗と、
第5ノードに接続されたベース端子、前記第3ノードに接続されたコレクター端子、及び第6ノードに接続されたエミッター端子を含み、前記第5ノードを通じて入力されるスイッチング制御信号に応答して前記インダクタのエネルギーの貯蔵量を調節するスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング制御信号を前記第5ノードに提供し、前記インダクタに貯蔵されるエネルギーの上限値を制限するためのエネルギー調節電流を前記第6ノードに提供し、第7ノードを通じてフィードバック電圧の供給を受けて前記フィードバック電圧と所定の基準電圧を比較して前記スイッチング制御信号を調節して前記スイッチング素子のターン−オン時間を調節するスイッチング制御信号提供部と、
前記電流センシング抵抗を通じてセンシングされた電流を減少させ、前記フィードバック電圧を減少させる、前記第1ノード、前記第2ノード及び前記第7ノードに接続された電流調節部と、
前記第6ノードと接地電圧(GND)が供給される第8ノードの間に接続され、前記エネルギー調節電流を調節する第1抵抗と、
前記第7ノードと前記第8ノードの間に接続されて前記フィードバック電圧を調節する第2抵抗を含む液晶表示装置。
