Claims (8)
- 長手方向軸と、根元部と、先端部と、前縁部と、後縁部(150、250)と、互いに対向して配置された圧力側壁(118、218)及び吸込み側壁(120、220)とを有するガスタービンエンジンのエーロフォイルにおいて、
半径方向に互いに離間して配され長手方向に延出する仕切り壁のアレイであって、その間に複数の冷却流路(124)を規定する仕切り壁(122、222)のアレイと;
前記冷却流路(124)のうちの少なくとも1つに配置され、前記圧力側壁(118、218)と前記吸込み側壁(120、220)との間に延出する複数の後部ピン(126、226)と;
前記冷却流路(124)のうちの少なくとも1つに配置された複数の細長いタービュレータ(128、228)であって、前記タービュレータ(128、228)の各々の後端部(130)が、隣接する仕切り壁に対して、前記タービュレータ(128、228)の前端部(132)よりも近接するように、前記長手方向軸に対して角度を成して配置されているタービュレータ(128、228)と;
互いに半径方向に離間して配置され、互いの間に複数の後縁部溝穴(138、238)を規定する長手方向に延出する分離部材(136)と、を具備するエーロフォイルあって、
前記後縁部溝穴(138、238)の各々は、後縁部空洞(114、214)と流体連通する入口(140、240)及び軸方向下流側の出口を有し、第1の露出ランド(134、234A)が前記分離部材(236)のうちの1つおきの分離部材の各々から前記後縁部(150、250)まで下流側へ延出し、
前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、
互いに離間して配置され、前記吸込み側壁(120、220)と交差する長手方向に延出する側面(156、158)と、前記側面(156、158)の各々と前記吸込み側壁(120、220)との間に延出する凹形のフィレット(160)とを含み、
前記フィレット(160)の各々は、
前記後縁部溝穴の出口にすぐ隣接する位置で第1の半径を有し、
前記後縁部溝穴の出口の下流側で前記第1の半径より大きい第2の半径を有し、前記後縁部(150、250)に隣接する位置で、前記第1の半径より大きく、前記第2の半径より小さい第3の半径を有する
ことを特徴とするエーロフォイル。 - 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、
半径方向に測定された前記ランド(134、234A)の幅が、前記出口から前記後縁部(150、250)に向かって減少し、且つ
周囲方向に測定された前記ランド(134、234A)の厚さが、前記出口から前記後縁部(150、250)に向かって減少するようにテーパ形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。 - 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、半径方向に測定された前記ランド(134、234A)の幅が前記吸込み側壁(120、220)から前記圧力側壁(118、218)に向かって減少するようにテーパ形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、互いに離間して配置された長手方向に延出する側面(156、158)を含み、前記側面(156、158)は、ほぼ平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、互いに離間して配置された長手方向に延出する側面(156、158)を含み、前記側面(156、158)は、凹形の湾曲を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、互いに離間して配置された長手方向に延出する側面(156、158)の間に配置された上面(154)を含み、前記上面(154)は、凸形の湾曲を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記ランド(134、234A)の各々は、互いに離間して配置された長手方向に延出する側面(156、158)の間に配置された上面(154)を含み、前記上面(154)は、ほぼ平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記分離部材のうちの残る部材の各々から前記後縁部溝穴の出口を過ぎるまで、下流側へ第2の露出ランド(234B)が延出し、前記第2のランド(234B)は、軸方向に前記第1のランド(234A)より短いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
