Claims (4)
- 前縁部(124)と後縁部(126)との間に延出し、互いに対向する圧力側壁(120)及び吸込み側壁(122)を有するガスタービンエンジンのエーロフォイル(118)であって、
このエーロフォイルは、半径方向に互いに離間して配置された長手方向に延出する複数のランド(130)のアレイを具備し、
前記ランド(130)は、互いの間に複数の後縁部溝穴(128)を規定し、
前記後縁部溝穴(128)の各々は、前記エーロフォイル(118)の内部と流体連通する入口と、前記後縁部(126)と流体連通する出口(134)とを有し、
前記ランド(130)のうちの少なくとも1つのランドが、半径方向に測定された前記ランド(130)の幅が前記吸込み側壁(122)から前記圧力側壁(120)に向かって減少するようにテーパ形状に形成され、
前記ランド(130)は、前記吸込み側壁(122)に隣接する底部(142)と、前記圧力側壁(120)側の凸形で円半径を有する湾曲面である上面(144)と、互いに離間して配置され前記底部及び上面間で長手方向に延出する側面(146、148)とを備え、
前記側面(146、148)の各々と前記吸込み側壁(122)との間には、前記出口(134)から前記後縁部(126)まで変化する半径(R1、R2、R3)を有する凹形フィレット(150)が設けられていることを特徴とする、エーロフォイル(118)。 - 半径方向に測定された前記ランド(130)の幅は、前記出口(134)から前記後縁部(126)に向かって減少し、
周囲方向に測定された前記ランド(130)の厚さは、前記出口(134)から前記後縁部(126)に向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル(118)。 - 前記側面(146)、(148)は、ほぼ平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエーロフォイル(118)。
