Description
次に、上記コンテナ用冷凍装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。コンテナ用冷凍装置の運転動作は、「冷却運転」と「デフロスト運転」とに大別される。冷却運転は、コンテナの庫内を比較的低い温度に冷却する運転である。つまり、冷却運転は、コンテナ本体に収容された輸送物(例えば生鮮食品等)を保存するために庫内を冷蔵/冷凍する運転である。また、デフロスト運転は、圧縮機(30)の吐出冷媒をホットガスバイパス回路(22)に流して、蒸発器の伝熱管等の表面に付着した霜を融かすための運転である。ここでは、デフロスト運転については説明を省略する。
冷却運転中には、「冷却動作」、「ポンプダウン動作」および「加熱動作」が実行される。まず、これらの動作の遷移について、図2を参照しながら説明する。なお、図2において、「SS」は吹出温度センサ(71)によって検出される吹出空気の温度(吹出空気温度)であり、「SP」は庫内の目標温度である。
図3に示す冷却運転の冷却動作では、第1開閉弁(47)および第2開閉弁(49)が開放状態となり、第3開閉弁(53)が閉鎖状態となる。圧力調整弁(38)は全開状態となり、過冷却膨張弁(48)および主膨張弁(32)の開度が適宜調節される。また、圧縮機(30)、庫外ファン(35)および庫内ファン(36)が運転される。
図示しないが、冷却運転のポンプダウン動作では、第2開閉弁(49)が開放状態となり、第1開閉弁(47)および第3開閉弁(53)が閉鎖状態となる。圧力調整弁(38)は全開状態となり、過冷却膨張弁(48)および主膨張弁(32)は全閉状態となる。また、圧縮機(30)、庫外ファン(35)および庫内ファン(36)が運転される。
図4に示す冷却運転の加熱動作は、圧縮機(30)で圧縮した高温高圧のガス冷媒を、凝縮器(31)やレシーバ(41)、過冷却熱交換器(44)、主膨張弁(32)をバイパスさせて蒸発器(33)へ供給する動作である。上述のように、この加熱動作は、庫内温度が目標温度よりも低くなり、庫内が過剰に冷却されている場合に実行される。また、加熱動作の直前には、上述したポンプダウン動作が実行される。

ここに、a、bおよびcは係数である。SS、SS5、SS10、SS15、SS20はそれぞれ現在、5秒前、10秒前、15秒前および20秒前の吹出空気温度を示す。K1は吹出空気温度が1℃変化するのに必要な容量変化率である。
上記実施形態によれば、冷却運転の加熱動作において、吹出空気温度SSが目標温度SPとなるように圧縮機(30)の運転回転数を制御するようにした。したがって、吹出空気温度SSに応じて速やかに冷媒循環量を調整できるため、加熱能力を十分に調整することが可能である。
本変形例は、上記実施形態の加熱動作において常に圧力調整弁(38)を所定開度(例えば、最小開度)で開放するようにしたものである。この場合、加熱動作を行う間に亘って、吐出冷媒の一部がレシーバ(41)へ貯留されると共にレシーバ(41)の冷媒が冷却用部材(42)を流通する。したがって、確実にインバータ回路を冷却することが可能となる。その結果、コンテナ用冷凍装置(10)の信頼性がより向上する。

Claims (3)
- 圧縮機(30)と凝縮器(31)と膨張弁(32)と蒸発器(33)とが順に接続されると共に、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒を上記凝縮器(31)および膨張弁(32)をバイパスして上記蒸発器(33)へ送るためのホットガスバイパス回路(22)を有して冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路(20)と、
上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒がホットガスバイパス回路(22)および蒸発器(33)を経て圧縮機(30)へ戻る循環流れで、上記蒸発器(33)でコンテナの庫内を加熱する加熱動作時に、庫内温度が目標温度となるように上記圧縮機(30)の運転回転数を制御する圧縮機制御部(81)と、
上記加熱動作時に、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒の過熱度SHが所定値より低いと、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒の一部を上記冷媒回路(20)の上記凝縮器(31)を含む高圧液管(25)へ流して貯留させる冷媒排出動作を行い、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒の過熱度SHが所定値より高いと、上記高圧液管(25)の冷媒を上記圧縮機(30)に吸入させる冷媒補給動作を行う冷媒量制御部(82)と、
上記加熱動作時に、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒の過熱度SHが所定値より低いと、上記蒸発器(33)の蒸発器ファン(36)を停止し、上記圧縮機(30)の圧縮冷媒の過熱度SHが所定値より高いと、上記蒸発器(33)の蒸発器ファン(36)を運転するファン制御部(83)とを備えている
