Description
前記図6の構造の溶鉄製造装置を利用して、下記のような実験を実施した。還元ガスの供給圧力は3.0barであり、排ガスのガス流量は160,000Nm3/hrであった。第4流動還元炉の内部の温度は450°、第3流動還元炉の内部の温度は650°、第2流動還元炉の内部の温度は750°、及び第1流動還元炉の内部の温度は800°に維持した。その他の実験条件は、本発明が属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が容易に理解することができるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
図6に示した装入装置を利用して、粉鉄鉱石を粉鉄鉱石装入槽からそれぞれの流動還元炉に直接装入した。
図6に示した排出装置を利用して、それぞれの流動還元炉内の粉鉄鉱石を冷却槽に排出した。
実験例1との比較のために、従来の粉鉄鉱石装入方法を使用して、それぞれの流動還元炉に粉鉄鉱石を装入した。粉鉄鉱石は、粉鉄鉱石装入槽からそれぞれの流動還元炉を通過して順次に装入された。従来の粉鉄鉱石装入方法は、本発明が属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が容易に理解することができるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
実験例2との比較のために、従来の粉鉄鉱石排出方法を使用して、それぞれの流動還元炉に粉鉄鉱石を排出した。従来の粉鉄鉱石排出方法は、本発明が属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が容易に理解することができるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (18)
- 粉鉄鉱石を還元して還元鉄に変換する複数の流動還元炉、
前記流動還元炉に前記粉鉄鉱石を供給する粉鉄鉱石装入槽、
前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽とそれぞれの前記流動還元炉を直接連結して、前記粉鉄鉱石をそれぞれの前記流動還元炉に直接装入する粉鉄鉱石装入管、及び
塊状炭材及び前記還元鉄が装入されて、酸素が吹き込まれて溶鉄を製造する溶融ガス化炉、及び
前記溶融ガス化炉から排出される還元ガスを前記流動還元炉に供給する還元ガス供給管、
を含む、溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記粉鉄鉱石装入管は、
前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽と連結された粉鉄鉱石副装入管、及び
前記粉鉄鉱石副装入管から分岐されて、それぞれの前記流動還元炉に連結された粉鉄鉱石分岐装入管、
を含む、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記粉鉄鉱石副装入管を通じて前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽と連結された冷却槽をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記粉鉄鉱石副装入管及び前記粉鉄鉱石分岐装入管が交差して複数の分岐点を形成し、各々隣接する前記分岐点の間、前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽とこれに最も近い分岐点の間、及び前記冷却槽とこれに最も近い分岐点の間に装入バルブが設置される、請求項3に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記粉鉄鉱石分岐装入管に装入バルブが設置される、請求項2に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 粉鉄鉱石主装入管をさらに含み、前記粉鉄鉱石主装入管は、前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽とこれに最も近い流動還元炉を連結し、及び隣接する前記流動還元炉を互いに連結する、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記粉鉄鉱石副装入管は、前記粉鉄鉱石主装入管と同一な高さで前記流動還元炉に連結される、請求項6に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記粉鉄鉱石副装入管は、前記粉鉄鉱石主装入管と予め設定された角度をなして前記流動還元炉に連結される、請求項7に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記予め設定された角度は、30°〜150°である、請求項8に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 内部に流動層を形成することによって、粉鉄鉱石を還元して還元鉄に変換する複数の流動還元炉、
それぞれの前記流動還元炉に前記流動層の中上部位置で連結されて、それぞれの前記流動還元炉内の粉鉄鉱石を排出する粉鉄鉱石排出管、
塊状炭材及び前記還元鉄が装入されて、酸素が吹き込まれて溶鉄を製造する溶融ガス化炉、及び
前記溶融ガス化炉から排出される還元ガスを前記流動還元炉に供給する還元ガス供給管、
を含む、溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記粉鉄鉱石排出管を通じてそれぞれの前記流動還元炉と連結された冷却槽をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- それぞれの前記流動還元炉の内部の分散板の直上部に設置された他の粉鉄鉱石排出管をさらに含み、前記粉鉄鉱石排出管は、前記他の粉鉄鉱石排出管と連結される、請求項11に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記流動還元炉を互いに連結して、前記粉鉄鉱石を排出する粉鉄鉱石装入管をさらに含み、前記粉鉄鉱石排出管は、それぞれの前記流動還元炉の内部に設置されたサイクロンのディップレッグ部の下端より高く、及び前記粉鉄鉱石装入管より低く、それぞれの前記流動還元炉に連結される、請求項12に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 内部に流動層を形成することによって、前記粉鉄鉱石を還元して還元鉄に変換する複数の流動還元炉、
前記流動還元炉に粉鉄鉱石を供給する粉鉄鉱石装入槽、
前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽とそれぞれの前記流動還元炉を直接連結して、前記粉鉄鉱石をそれぞれの前記流動還元炉に直接装入する粉鉄鉱石装入管、
それぞれの前記流動還元炉に前記流動層の中上部位置で連結されて、それぞれの前記流動還元炉内の粉鉄鉱石を排出する粉鉄鉱石排出管、
塊状炭材及び前記還元鉄が装入されて、酸素が吹き込まれて溶鉄を製造する溶融ガス化炉、及び
前記溶融ガス化炉から排出される還元ガスを前記流動還元炉に供給する還元ガス供給管、
を含む、溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記粉鉄鉱石装入管及び前記粉鉄鉱石排出管と連結された冷却槽をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 粉鉄鉱石装入槽及び複数のそれぞれの流動還元炉を直接連結する粉鉄鉱石装入管を通じて、前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽から前記流動還元炉に粉鉄鉱石を直接装入する段階、
前記粉鉄鉱石を複数の前記流動還元炉を通過させて還元鉄に変換する段階、
塊状炭材及び前記還元鉄を前記流動還元炉と連結された溶融ガス化炉に装入して、前記溶融ガス化炉に酸素を吹き込んで溶鉄を製造する段階、及び
前記溶融ガス化炉から排出される還元ガスを前記流動還元炉に供給する段階、
を含む、溶鉄製造方法。 - 前記流動還元炉に粉鉄鉱石を供給する段階で、複数の前記流動還元炉のうち、予め設定された流動還元炉にだけ前記粉鉄鉱石を直接装入する、請求項16に記載の溶鉄製造方法。
- 粉鉄鉱石主装入管が前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽とこれに最も近い流動還元炉を連結し、隣接する前記流動還元炉を互いに連結して、前記粉鉄鉱石主装入管を通じて前記粉鉄鉱石装入槽から前記流動還元炉に前記粉鉄鉱石を供給する段階をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の溶鉄製造方法。
