Description
Claims (4)
- 部分的に結晶性のプラスチック若しくは熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る殊にリング状の部材(14)の内法寸法の補正のための方法であって、次の補正過程を含んでおり、つまり、
リング状の部材(14)を受容装置(10)内に装着し、
振動発生装置(20,30,32)を、該振動発生装置が励起されて機械振動を生ぜしめている状態で所定の軸線方向の送りで、前記リング状の部材(14)の内部に挿入し、
前記リング状の部材(14)を、該リング状の部材(14)への前記機械振動の伝達によって該部材の材料の少なくともガラス転移温度(T)に加熱し、
前記振動発生装置(20,30,32)を、該振動発生装置の寸法補正区分(24)が前記リング状の部材(14)内に入り込むまで軸線方向に送り、
前記リング状の部材(14)を、該部材の材料のガラス転移温度(T)よりも低い温度に冷却し、
前記リング状の部材(14)を、前記振動発生装置(20,30,32)の抜き取りの後に必要に応じて前記受容装置(10)から取り出すことを特徴とする、プラスチックから成る殊にリング状の部材の内法寸法の補正のための方法。 - リング状の部材(14)は、部材の内法寸法の補正のための方法の実施中に受容装置(10)内に半径方向で位置決めされる請求項1に記載の方法。
- リング状の部材(14)は、軸線方向で押さえ止め部材(18)によって受容装置(10)の肩部(16)に向けて押圧される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法に用いられる振動発生装置であって、ソノトロードを備えている形式のものにおいて、ソノトロード(20)は、導入区分(22)及び、該導入区分にソノトロードの導入方向と逆の側で接続する寸法補正区分(24)を有しており、前記導入区分(22)は円錐形に形成されており、該導入区分の最大の直径は前記寸法補正区分(24)の直径に相当しており、該寸法補正区分(24)は円柱状に形成されていることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
