Description
Claims (5)
- 内部にガスが存在するガラス放電管を有する蛍光灯であって、
前記放電管は、2つの側部上に長手方向軸を有する管状端部を備えられ、
前記管状端部は、ガラスステムを有し、
排気管は、前記蛍光灯の製造中にガスを供給する及び/又は放電するよう前記ステムから軸方向に外側へと延在し、
電極は、前記放電管において放電を生成及び維持するよう前記ステムを介して軸方向に内側へと延在し、
前記電極は、前記ステムによって適所に保持され且つ前記管状端部に対して固定されたエンドキャップのプラグピンに対して接続された2つの極ワイヤを有し、
前記エンドキャップは、収縮材料を少なくとも実質的に有し、
前記エンドキャップは、前記管状端部の一部を覆う、
ことを特徴とする蛍光灯。 - 前記収縮材料は、熱収縮材料である、
請求項1記載の蛍光灯。 - 前記熱収縮材料は、PVC、ポリオレフィン、ナイロン又はポリエステルを有する群から選択される、
請求項2記載の蛍光灯。 - 前記熱収縮材料は、80℃乃至200℃、望ましくは100℃乃至150℃で変化する温度で活性化される、
請求項2又は3記載の蛍光灯。 - 蛍光灯を製造する方法であって、
ガラス放電管は、2つの側部上に長手方向軸を有する管状端部を備えられ、
前記管状端部は、ガラスステムを備えられ、
電極は、前記放電管において放電を生成及び維持するよう前記ステムを介して軸方向に内側へと延在するよう適合され、
排気管は、前記ステムから軸方向に外側へと延在するよう適合され、前記排気管を介して前記放電管はガスで充填され、
前記電極の2つの極ワイヤは、前記ステムによって適所に保持され且つ前記管状端部に対して固定されたエンドキャップのプラグピンに対して接続され、
前記エンドキャップは、収縮、望ましくは熱収縮を介して前記管状端部に対して固定され、前記管状端部の一部を覆う、
ことを特徴とする方法。
