Description

具照度均勻之燈具
一種具照度均勻之燈具,尤指適用以發光二極體作為光源之情境用燈具,以提升側向面光源照度均勻性及亮度之燈具。
目前針對不同使用需求之各式傳統燈具為了提升發光效率及使用壽命,均已大幅採用發光二極體作為發光光源;尤其是一種習有燈具係指用於室內以供營造出各種光彩耀眼之環境氣氛或作為夜燈使用等之應用。習有燈具之結構為發光二極體設在燈座上,再於燈座上罩覆可透光之燈罩,藉由發光二極體發出之光源向上投射,使光源可投射在燈罩表面產生透光效果以顯出燈罩圖樣,並可搭配發光二極體之光線色彩變化來產生不同情境效果。
然而發光二極體之發光範圍有限,因此當發光二極體光線向上投射時,僅可讓亮區集中在燈罩上方,反而在燈罩側向面光源處產生暗區或照度不均勻,無法有效顯示出習有燈具所要展示之特點,美觀性不佳。
本創作之目的乃在於,提升燈具側向面光源之照度均勻性及亮度,增添美觀性,並使製造可更為簡易以利生產。
為達上述目的,本創作具照度均勻之燈具包括燈座及導光柱。該燈座包括連接器、散熱件及發光二極體;使散熱件設於連接器上,發光二極體設於散熱件,即可使發光二極體發光所產生之熱能傳導至散熱件進行散熱。該導光柱上下表面處分別具有反 射層與光源入射面,導光柱位於反射層周緣與光源入射面周緣之間相鄰表面界定出投射面,導光柱位於投射面處凹設有複數折射面,使複數折射面用以供光線產生折射及擴散作用。因此發光二極體發出之光線係由光源入射面投射至反射層,再反射至投射面及複數折射面,使光線由導光柱之側周緣均勻擴散投射至外界,即可達到本創作之目的,以提升燈具側向面光源之照度均勻性及亮度,增添美觀性且可簡易製造。

請參閱第一圖至第三圖,圖中表示本創作較佳實施例之圖示。本創作較佳實施例具照度均勻之燈具10包括燈座1及導光柱2,其中:該燈座1包括連接器11、散熱件12及發光二極體13。散熱件12一體成型且周緣延伸有複數散熱鰭片,散熱件12設置於連接器11上,發光二極體13為設置於散熱件12上,用以使發光二極體13發光所產生之熱能直接傳導至散熱件12進行散熱。
該導光柱2上下表面分別具有反射層21與光源入射面22,反射層21係可利用濺鍍鍍附金屬以形成鏡面效果之方式所形成;導光柱2可為圓柱體、多邊形柱體、呈一花瓣型態之柱體、螺旋曲 面之柱體或不規則形態之柱體……等;導光柱2位於反射層21周緣與光源入射面22周緣之間相鄰表面界定出投射面23,且導光柱2位於投射面23處凹設有複數折射面24,複數折射面24可為弧面狀、如讚石切割面狀或不規則曲面狀……等,使折射面24可達到供光線產生折射作用及擴散作用之目的者,且複數折射面24呈點狀排列,使導光柱2側周緣呈一不平整表面。燈座1與導光柱2之組裝,係直接將導光柱2連接於燈座1之散熱件12上,使導光柱2之光源入射面22正對燈座1之發光二極體13。
藉由上述,當本創作為使用狀態時,發光二極體13所發出之光線會直接由導光柱2之光源入射面22投射至反射層21,再由反射層21反射至投射面23及折射面24,一部分光線會由投射面23直接投射至外界,另一部分光線會投射在複數折射面24產生折射及擴散作用,再均勻地由導光柱2側周緣擴散投射至外界,因此燈具10即可大幅提升導光柱2側向面光源之照度均勻性及亮度,使燈具10所呈現出之發光情境極為美觀。
請參閱第四圖所示,圖中表示燈具10之導光柱2位於光源入射面22處可進一步凹設有正對發光二極體13之折射面221,使發光二極體13所發出之光線先投射至折射面221進行一次折射,再投射至反射層21後反射至折射面24進行二次折射,以達到更佳之擴散效果,俾使燈具10側向面光源照度均勻性及亮度會更佳。
請參閱第五圖及第六圖所示,圖中為表示本創作較佳實施例導光柱(3,4)之不同實施例。
第五圖所示第二較佳實施例之燈具20包括燈座1及導光柱3。該燈座1之結構與第一實施例相同;而導光柱3為一圓柱體,導光柱3上表面具有反射層31,使導光柱3之側周緣界定出投射面32,且導光柱3位於投射面32處環繞凹設有折射面33,折射面 33可為弧面狀、如讚石切割面狀或不規則曲面狀……等,使折射面33可達到供光線產生折射作用及擴散作用之目的者;折射面33之環繞型態可為多數環圈並排排列、螺旋狀或不規則之線型……等;導光柱3可為多邊形柱體、呈一花瓣型態之柱體、螺旋曲面之柱體或不規則形態之柱體……等。請同時參閱第三圖及第五圖,組裝時僅需將導光柱3連接於燈座1之散熱件12上,使燈座1之發光二極體13正對導光柱3底面即完成組裝。
第六圖所示之第三較佳實施例燈具30包括燈座1及導光柱4。該燈座1之結構與第一實施例相同;導光柱4為多邊形柱體,導光柱4上表面具有反射層41,使導光柱4側周緣界定出投射面42,且導光柱4位於投射面42處凹設有點狀排列之複數折射面43,複數折射面43可為弧面狀、鑽石切割面狀或不規則曲面狀……等,使折射面43可達到供光線產生折射作用及擴散作用之目的者。折射面43可為環繞型態呈現例如多數環圈並排排列、螺旋狀或不規則之線型……等;導光柱4可為圓柱體、呈花瓣型態之柱體、螺旋曲面之柱體或不規則形態之柱體……等。請同時參閱第三圖及第六圖,組裝時僅需將導光柱4連接於燈座1之散熱件12上,使燈座1之發光二極體13正對導光柱4底面即完成組裝。
請參閱第三圖至第六圖所示,當第二實施例及第三實施例之燈具(20,30)使用時,發光二極體13所發出之光線直接由導光柱(3,4)底面投射至反射層(31,41),再由反射層(31,41)反射至投射面(32,42)及折射面(33,43),一部分光線會由投射面(32,42)直接投射至外界,另一部分光線會投射在複數折射面(33,43)產生折射及擴散作用,則可使光線產生折射作用及擴散作用後,再均勻地由導光柱(3,4)側周緣擴散投射至外界,因此燈具(20,30)即可大幅提升導光柱(3,4)側向面光源之照度均勻性及亮度,具美觀性,且製造便利有利生產。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具照度均勻之燈具,包括:燈座,包括連接器、散熱件及發光二極體,散熱件設於連接器上,而發光二極體為設置於散熱件,用以使發光二極體發光所產生之熱能傳導至散熱件進行散熱;及導光柱,上下表面處分別具有反射層與光源入射面,導光柱位於反射層周緣與光源入射面周緣之間相鄰表面界定出投射面,導光柱位於投射面處凹設有複數折射面,複數折射面用以供光線產生折射及擴散作用;藉由發光二極體所發出之光線由光源入射面投射至反射層,再反射至投射面及複數折射面,使光線由導光柱之側周緣均勻擴散投射。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具照度均勻之燈具,其中該導光柱位於光源入射面處進一步凹設有正對發光二極體之折射面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具照度均勻之燈具,其中該導光柱為圓柱。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具照度均勻之燈具,其中該導光柱為多邊形柱體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具照度均勻之燈具,其中該導光柱之複數折射面為點狀排列。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具照度均勻之燈具,其中該導光柱之複數折射面為環繞狀。
