Claims (5)
- 作動ガスの圧縮空間を形成する一対の対向するピストンと、可動コイルと永久磁石とを有し前記ピストンを往復駆動するリニア駆動部と、前記ピストンの周囲に配置され前記リニア駆動部の磁気回路を形成するとともに筐体を兼ねるヨークと、このヨークの端部に結合され、ヨークとともに前記ピストンとリニア駆動部とを包囲するケーシングとを備えた振動型圧縮機において、
前記ケーシングの内面部に、前記リニア駆動部からの漏れ磁束を遮蔽する磁気遮蔽手段を備えたことを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の振動型圧縮機において、前記磁気遮蔽手段は、前記ケーシングの内面部に設けた高透磁率材料からなる板もしくは塗布膜からなることを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の振動型圧縮機において、前記筐体を兼ねるヨークの外周部に、高透磁率材料からなる板もしくは塗布膜からなる磁気遮蔽手段を備えたことを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。
- 請求項3に記載の振動型圧縮機において、前記ケーシングは中継部材を介してヨークの端部に結合され、前記ケーシング内面部に設けた磁気遮蔽手段と前記ヨークの外周部に設けた磁気遮蔽手段は、互いに重なり部を形成するように、それぞれ中継部材の内外周部に張り出して設けたことを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の振動型圧縮機において、前記高透磁率材料はPCパーマロイとしたことを特徴とする振動型圧縮機。
