Description
Claims (16)
- マスク換気を練習するための装置において、
人間の顔に接触する密着部を有する患者マスクであって、前記人間の鼻と口の上に配置されるよう構成され、内側部および該内側部と外部との間の開口を有するマスクと;
前記マスクの開口内に適合する寸法のアダプタであって、
前記マスクの内側部と空気源との間を連通する第1通路と、
前記空気源と背圧装置との間を連通する第2通路と、
前記第1通路内に配置されたダンパとを有するアダプタとを具え、
前記アダプタが透明材でできており、前記アダプタの外から前記ダンパが見えるようにすることにより、空気が通路内を流れている際、前記ダンパの傾きが前記第1通路を通ってマスクから漏れる気流を表示することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ダンパがヒンジの何れかの側に配置された第1部分と第2部分を有し、前記第1部分が前記第2部分より重く、これにより前記第1通路が閉鎖される位置が与えられ、前記ダンパは前記第1通路が閉鎖される位置と、前記第1通路が開放される位置との間で前記ヒンジを中心に傾くことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記人間と前記外部との間を連通する第3通路を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置が、充填時に前記空気源から送り出された量を表示する人工肺として規定されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置が、前記空気源から送り込まれる空気を制限する制限手段として規定されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、前記第1、第2及び第3通路が前記アダプタ内に形成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、前記第3通路が別のユニット内に形成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記第3通路が前記第1及び第2通路から隔てられ、マスクの壁を貫通して延在していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、前記第3通路が前記人間の鼻と口の双方に連通することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置によって提供される抵抗が5〜40cmH2O/l/sであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置によって提供される抵抗が約20cmH2O/l/sであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置が、人間の気道のコンプライアンスをシミュレートするコンプライアンスを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置が0.01〜0.15l/cmH2Oのコンプライアンスを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記背圧装置が約0.02l/cmH2Oのコンプライアンスを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 内側部および該内側部と外部との間に開口を有し、人間の顔に接触する密着部を有する患者マスクに用いるアダプタであって、マスク換気を練習するためのアダプタにおいて、
空気が空気源と背圧装置との間を流れることができるように構成された第2通路と、
空気が前記第2通路とマスクの内側部との間を流れることができるように構成された第1通路と、
空気が前記第2通路から前記第1通路へ流れるように制御するために前記第1通路内に配向されたダンパと、
空気が前記マスクを付ける人間の口と前記外部との間を流れることができるように構成され、これによって人間が呼吸できるようにする第3通路と、を具えることを特徴とするアダプタ。 - 請求項15に記載のアダプタにおいて、前記ダンパがヒンジの何れかの側に配置された第1部分と第2部分を有し、前記第1部分が前記第2部分より重く、これにより前記第1通路が閉鎖される位置が与えられ、前記ダンパは前記第1通路が閉鎖される位置と、前記第1通路が開放される位置との間で前記ヒンジを中心に傾くことを特徴とするアダプタ。
