Description
また図5には従来の等方加圧処理用高圧容器の他の例を示めす。図5において高圧容器20は円筒形の胴部21と、該胴の一端を封鎖する蓋22及び円筒胴内部に挿入されて出入可能なロッド23から構成され、胴内部の前記蓋とロッドで仕切られた空間は液体を充満した処理室24として、該液体25を充満後、前記ロッド23の運動により処理室24に充満した液体を加圧して、処理室内に置いた被加工材料(図5に図示せず)に均一な圧力を加えるものである。前記蓋22と、ロッドを駆動する機構の筺体26外部を挟むようにヨークフレーム27を取り付け、処理室24内に満たした液体の圧力により高圧容器20の胴部21の軸方向に発生する軸力を受ける機構となっている。

Claims (3)
- 円筒形内胴2と、前記内胴の外周に嵌めた外胴3から成る胴部を有する等方圧加圧処理用の高圧容器であって、前記外胴は圧延鋼板から切り抜いた複数の円環状の部材11aを、前記内胴の外周に嵌めて積層した構成であることを特徴とする等方圧加圧処理用の高圧容器。
- 請求項1に記載した発明に係る外胴3を構成する円環状の部材11aは、ヨークフレーム4用の圧延鋼板を切り抜いて製作したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等方圧加圧処理用の高圧容器。
- 円筒形内胴2と、前記内胴の外周に嵌めた外胴3から成る胴部を有する等方圧加圧処理用の高圧容器を製作する方法であって、圧延鋼板から円環状の部材11aを複数切り抜き、該部材11aを前記内胴2の外周に密着させるように嵌めて積層して外胴3を構成することを特徴とする製作方法。
