発毛剤の使用態様について、以下に説明する。発毛剤の使用の前に、被験者の頭皮及び頭髪をぬるま湯で洗浄して汚れを落とし、頭髪の水分をタオルで拭き取った。次に、発毛剤２５ｇに水３５ｍｌを加え混ぜ合わせ、その混合物を被験者の頭皮全体に付着させ、頭皮全体が発毛剤に覆われるようにした。その後、指にお湯をつけながら２０〜２５分かけて１回目の頭皮及び髪の洗浄を行い、約４Ｌのお湯ですすぎ洗いを行った。すすぎ洗いに用いたお湯を回収し、２回目の洗浄に用いた。２回目の洗浄は、約１０分かけて行った。なお、２回目の洗浄には発毛剤を補充しなかった。その後、お湯で頭皮及び髪を洗い流し、水分を拭き取り、頭皮を乾燥させた。 The usage mode of a hair growth agent is demonstrated below.
