Claims (4)
- 弁作用金属の表面に誘電体皮膜を形成した多孔質層を有する陽極体の中央部の前記誘電体皮膜上に固体電解質層及び導電性物質層を形成した陰極部を設け、陽極部を構成する金属板に前記陽極体の端部を接続した表面実装薄型コンデンサであって、前記陰極部から前記陽極体の端部に向かい前記金属板の前記陰極部側の端面の間で前記多孔質層の厚さが徐々に薄くなるように形成するとともに、前記陽極体の端部に前記多孔質層がない非多孔質層を露出し、前記非多孔質層と前記金属板を、前記非多孔質層が露出する前記多孔質層との境界と、前記金属板の前記陰極部側の端面とが一致するように接続したコンデンサ素子を有する表面実装薄型コンデンサ。
- 前記多孔質層を有する陽極体が、前記弁作用金属をエッチングし形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面実装薄型コンデンサ。
- 前記多孔質層を有する陽極体が、前記弁作用金属からなる粉末を焼結し形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面実装薄型コンデンサ。
- 前記コンデンサ素子が2個以上並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表面実装薄型コンデンサ。
