前記増幅器は、第1のトランジスタ及び第2のトランジスタを有し、両方の前記トランジスタの制御電極が、第1の要素を介して互いに結合されており、両方の前記トランジスタの第1の主電極は、第2の要素を介して互いに結合されており、前記回路は、前記第1の要素に結合されており、
前記回路は、第3のトランジスタを有し、前記第3のトランジスタの制御電極は、前記第2のトランジスタの制御電極に結合され、前記第3のトランジスタの第1の主電極は、電流源及びキャパシタの並列回路を介してアースに結合され、前記第3のトランジスタの第2の主電極は、電圧供給源に結合されている、受信機。 - 両方の前記トランジスタの第2の主電極は、前記増幅器出力を有するカスコード回路に結合されている、請求項1記載の受信機。
- 前記第1の要素は、中央タップを備えた差動インダクタを有する、請求項1記載の受信機。
- 前記中央タップは、電圧源に結合されている、請求項3記載の受信機。
- 前記第1のトランジスタの制御電極は、別のキャパシタを介して前記増幅器入力に結合されている、請求項1記載の受信機。
- 受信機のアンテナ信号を増幅する増幅器であって、前記増幅器は、増幅器入力及び増幅器出力を有し、前記増幅器入力は、前記アンテナ信号を受信するシングルエンデッド入力であり、前記増幅器出力は、差動出力であり、前記増幅器は、前記増幅器の直列入力インピーダンスを補償する手段を有し、
前記増幅器は、第1のトランジスタ及び第2のトランジスタを有し、両方の前記トランジスタの制御電極が、第1の要素を介して互いに結合されており、両方の前記トランジスタの第1の主電極は、第2の要素を介して互いに結合されており、前記回路は、前記第1の要素に結合されており、
前記回路は、第3のトランジスタを有し、前記第3のトランジスタの制御電極は、前記第2のトランジスタの制御電極に結合され、前記第3のトランジスタの第1の主電極は、電流源及びキャパシタの並列回路を介してアースに結合され、前記第3のトランジスタの第2の主電極は、電圧供給源に結合されている、増幅器。
