(4)テフロンやフッ素を溶射して表面加工する
Claims (2)
- 被熱溶着物に当接させて熱溶着を行う熱溶着用器具であって、
ヒータと、
前記ヒータを保持するホルダと、
前記ヒータを加熱する加熱手段と、
を有し、
前記ヒータは、側面が折り曲げ加工され、かつ表面が溶射によりテフロンあるいはフッ素加工された帯状ヒータであることを特徴とする熱溶着用器具。 - 複数の単電池からなる単電池群の各々の安全弁を覆うガスダクト部材と、前記単電池群及び前記ガスダクト部材を単電池列置方向の一端側及び他端側からそれぞれ覆う第1及び第2サイドカバーとを有する電池モジュールに対し、前記第1サイドカバー部材と前記第2サイドカバー部材との間に配置され前記単電池群及び前記ガスダクト部材をシール部材で気密に包囲して筒状をなし、一方の第1開口端部が前記第1サイドカバー部材を取り囲んでこれに熱溶着され、他方の第2開口端部が前記第2サイドカバー部材を取り囲んでこれに熱溶着されてなる電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記熱溶着の部位に熱溶着用器具のヒータを直接当接させる工程と、
前記ヒータを加熱させて熱溶着する工程と、
を有し、前記ヒータは、側面が折り曲げ加工され、かつ表面が溶射によりテフロンあるいはフッ素加工された帯状ヒータであることを特徴とする電池モジュールの製造方法。
