Claims (2)
- 電子を放出する陰極と、
回転軸を中心として回転する陽極ターゲット本体、この陽極ターゲット本体の表面に回転方向に沿って間隔をあけて設けられ前記陰極から放出される電子の衝突によってX線を放出する複数の焦点部、および前記陽極ターゲット本体の表面で前記各焦点部の周囲に設けられた溝部とを有する陽極ターゲットと、
前記陰極および陽極ターゲットを収容する真空外囲器と、
この真空外囲器を収納し、前記陽極ターゲットの焦点部から放出されるX線を外部に放出する放出口が設けられた容器と
を具備し、
前記陰極から電子を放出するタイミングと、前記陰極から放出された電子が回転する前記陽極ターゲットの各焦点部に衝突するタイミングとが同期されている
ことを特徴とする回転陽極X線管装置。 - 陽極ターゲットの溝部は、各焦点部の内側領域および外側領域に沿って環状に形成されているとともに各焦点部間に径方向に沿って形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転陽極X線管装置。
