Claims (2)
- 転炉の出鋼口を流下する出鋼流に混入して前記転炉から流出するスラグの流出防止方法であって、前記出鋼流を赤外線カメラで監視して赤外線カメラで計測される放射エネルギーの差から溶鋼とスラグとを判別し、この判別結果に基づいて出鋼流幅方向におけるスラグの面積率を求め、求めたスラグの面積率を積算し、積算したスラグの面積率が所定の値を超えたときにスラグが流出したと判定して、前記出鋼口からの溶鋼の流出を停止することを特徴とする、スラグの流出防止方法。
- 前記出鋼口からスラグが流出したと判定した時点で、当該出鋼口をスラグストッパーによって閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスラグの流出防止方法。
