Description
本発明は、電磁干渉および無線周波数干渉に対する遮蔽を行うスリーブを接地するために使用可能な導電性ドレイン部材に関する。
本発明の別の目的は、長尺状導体に適したスリーブの形状をなすRFI/EMIシールドを提供することにある。
ラメント、およびモノフィラメント(monofilament)を含む。
性的に偏倚して縁34と重なるようにして、表面上継ぎ目30を閉鎖している(継ぎ目は、縁32,34を手で離間させることによって、容易に開くことができる)。ドレイン部材16,18は、スリーブ12上に配置され、自由縁32によって被覆され、これによって、浮遊セグメント26との間で生ずる虞れがある短絡を防止する。ドレイン部材16,18の好ましい位置は、図1に示すように、自由縁34に隣接する。

図2は、一参考例によるスリーブ50を示し、二重織編ドレイン部材52,54を有する。スリーブ50は、好ましくは、製織構造とし、導電性および非導電性フィラメント状部材56,58の双方から成る。

螺旋状巻回によって、効果的な接触も引き続き維持されている。
のでスリーブを接地するために必要なステップが少なくて済み、更にスリーブを必要以上に長い長さに切断する必要がないのでスリーブ材料を無駄にすることがなく、十分な長さのドレイン部材を設けて接地に接続すればよいからである。
Claims (4)
- 無線周波数および電磁干渉に対して導体を保護すると共に、前記導体からの電磁放射線を防止する長尺状導電体用シールドであって、
前記導体を受容する中央空間を有し、かつ前記中央空間を包囲する導電性表面を有するスリーブと、
前記スリーブに沿って長手方向に配向された1対のフィラメント状ドレイン部材であって、該ドレイン部材は、可撓性および導電性を有し、互いに電気的に接触していると共に前記導電性表面とも電気的に接触し、前記ドレイン部材の一方が、前記スリーブから離れるように延出可能であり、前記スリーブを接地するために電気接地に接続可能な長手方向部分を有するフィラメント状ドレイン部材とを備え、
前記スリーブは、互いに接触する境界面を有し、同軸上に装着され、かつ非織編の可撓性ポリマから形成された1対の第1スリーブ部材および第2スリーブ部材を備え、前記境界面の少なくとも一方は導電性被膜が付与された前記導電性表面であり、前記境界面間で前記ドレイン部材を捕捉し、前記ドレイン部材の一方が、前記境界面間において前記スリーブに沿って長手方向に摺動可能であるとともに、前記スリーブの一端から延出可能であり、これによって前記スリーブを接地するために電気接地に接続可能な前記長手方向部分を形成する、シールド。 - 前記同軸状に装着された第1及び第2スリーブ部材は、連続するプラスチック・メンブレーンから成る、請求項1記載のシールド。
- 前記導電性表面が前記境界面の一方の上に位置する金属被膜から成る、請求項2記載のシールド。
- 前記導電性表面が金属箔から成る、請求項3記載のシールド。
