Description
(A)リゾリン脂質、リン脂質および水を含有するリポソーム液剤
(B)アスコルビン酸を含有する固形剤
からなり、(A)および(B)を混合して使用することを特徴とする2剤混合型皮膚外用剤である。
下記表1に示す組成の液剤及び固形剤からなる2剤混合型皮膚外用剤を調製した。液剤については下記製造方法によって製造した。液剤および固形剤の混合後のアスコルビン酸濃度が表中の濃度となるように混合し、混合後の粘度およびpHを下記測定方法により測定した。また、混合後の(1)保存安定性、(2)使用感(みずみずしさ、べたつきのなさ)(3)キメ改善効果の評価項目について下記の方法により評価した。これらの結果を併せて表1に示す。
a:1〜6を混合溶解する。(70℃)
b:7〜11を加熱する。(70℃)
c:aにbを添加し分散する。(70℃)
d:cを40℃まで冷却する。
e:dを高圧乳化機で分散する。
液剤と固形剤の混合後の粘度およびpHを測定した。粘度は、B型回転粘度計(芝浦システム社製)を用いて、25℃における粘度を測定した。またpHは、ガラス電極式水素イオン濃度計(堀場製作所社製)を用いて測定した。
(1)保存安定性は、液剤と固形剤を混合後、25℃で保存した時の外観を目視により、下記の基準aに従い評価した。
評 価 内 容
◎ : 3週間で分離、クリーミングが認められない
○ : 3週間で分離、クリーミングが認められる
△ : 1週間で分離、クリーミングが認められる
× : 1日で分離、クリーミングが認められる
化粧歴10年以上の女性20名をパネルとし、(2)使用感(みずみずしさ、べたつきのなさ)(3)キメ改善効果のそれぞれの評価項目について下記基準bにて5段階評価し、さらにその平均点から判定した。(3)キメ改善効果については、2週間の連続使用(サンプル1mlを全顔に塗布、1日に朝晩2回)を行い、使用前との肌状態(キメ)の改善効果を目視で評価したものである。

c:aにbを添加しホモジナイザーで分散する。(70℃)
d:cを40℃まで冷却する。
e:dに6〜10を添加する。

1〜2を混合する。
美白エッセンス
以下に示す組成および製法により美白エッセンスを調製した。

Claims (7)
- 次の製剤(A)および(B)
(A)リゾリン脂質、リン脂質および水を含有するリポソーム液剤
(B)アスコルビン酸を含有する固形剤
からなり、(A)および(B)を混合して使用することを特徴とする2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。 - (A)および(B)の混合後の粘度が、25℃において1〜1000mPa・sである請求項1記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
- (A)のリポソーム粒子径が30〜500nmである請求項1又は2記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
- (A)および(B)の混合後のアスコルビン酸濃度が、0.1〜20質量%である請求項1ないし3のいずれかの項記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
- (A)および(B)の混合後のpHが3〜6である請求項1ないし4のいずれかの項記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
- (A)のリポソーム液剤が、さらにpH緩衝能がある塩を0.1〜3質量%含有するものである請求項1ないし5のいずれかの項記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
- 化粧品、医薬部外品または医薬品である請求項1ないし6のいずれかの項記載の2剤混合型皮膚外用剤。
