Claims (11)
- 材料として時効硬化可能な銅合金を使用した平帯材から可変幅の滑り軸受ブシュまたは軸受胴(2)を製造する方法であって、
−ブシュ輪郭または軸受胴に沿って平帯材に溝(3)を形成するステップと、
−平帯材をブシュ形状または軸受胴形状にロール成形または曲げ成形するステップと、
−溝(3)に沿って機械的に分断するステップと、
−最終的な形状を有する完成滑り軸受ブシュまたは完成軸受胴を得るステップと、
を含んでいる方法において、溝(3)に沿って機械的に分断する前に、300℃ないし450℃の温度と1時間ないし19時間のプロセス時間とで時効硬化を行なうことを特徴とする可変幅の滑り軸受ブシュまたは軸受胴を製造する方法。 - 前記した溝は平帯材に対し、少なくとも一部分は斜方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溝(3)をエンボス加工により形成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溝(3)をフライス加工により形成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溝(3)をレーザーノッチ加工により形成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溝(3)をローリングノッチ加工により形成させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 銅合金としてCu−Sn−Niをベースにした合金を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溝(3)に沿った機械的分断を低温で行なうことを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記した低温は液体窒素を用いることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 滑り軸受(2)をコーティングすることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一つの方法によって製造された、ロール成形または曲げ成形した滑り軸受ブシュまたは軸受胴。
