Claims (5)
- アルミラミネートシートを外装材として用い、外側を封止し内部に電池素子を有するリチウムイオン二次電池において、
前記封止した部分の面積に対する前記電池素子の投影面積の割合(封止部分面積/投影面積)が、面積率換算で12%以上25%以下であり、且つ、前記封止部分がJIS Z1713による剥離強度で40N/15mm以上であることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記電池素子を形成している正極の容量と負極の容量との商で算出される容量比(負極容量/正極容量)が2.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記封止した部分が熱溶着により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記電池素子を形成する正極はLiMnxNi1-x-yCoyO2(但しx及びyは0.001≦x,y≦0.5の範囲) が、負極は非晶質炭素が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記電池素子の外側部分から前記封止部分の端部までの距離がほぼ均等であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
