Claims (3)
- 圧縮室から吐出室に吐出された作動流体を圧縮機外に送り出す吐出通路と、この吐出通路にチェック弁を有する可変容量型クラッチレス圧縮機において、
前記チェック弁は、
底部にシート面を有すると共に前記シート面に弁孔が形成された有底筒状のケースと、このケースに摺動可能に保持され、前記シート面に当接することで前記弁孔を閉鎖する弁体と、前記弁体を前記シート面に対して所定のセット荷重F0 で押圧付勢するバネとを備え、
前記ケースは、前記底部に連設すると共に前記弁体の先端部と前記軸方向で所定長嵌合するオーバーラップ部を有し、
前記弁体は、その先端部に前記シート面と当接可能な軸方向に突出する凸部と、この凸部の周囲において前記シート面との間に空間を形成し、この空間を前記オーバーラップ部における前記弁体と前記ケースとの間のクリアランスを介して前記弁体の下流側と連通する段差部とを備え、
前記オーバーラップ部と前記弁体の前記凸部および前記段差部とを設けることで閉弁圧が開弁圧よりも小さく設定され、且つ、
前記クリアランスCを前記オーバーラップ部における前記弁体と前記ケースとの直径差として表した場合に、
C≦(0.026/F0 )1/2
の関係を満たすように設定したことを特徴とする可変容量型クラッチレス圧縮機。 - 前記クリアランスCは、0.030mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量型クラッチレス圧縮機。
- 前記可変容量型クラッチレス圧縮機は、クランク室を貫通してハウジングに回転自在に支持されたシャフトと、前記シャフトの回転に同期して回転すると共に、シャフトに対して傾斜可能に設けられた斜板と、前記斜板の周縁に係留され、前記斜板の回転に伴い前記ハウジングに形成されたシリンダボア内を往復摺動するピストンと、前記ピストンの往復摺動により前記シリンダボアに選択的に連通する吸入室および吐出室とを有し、前記斜板の傾斜角を変更することで吐出容量を制御するようにしている斜板式であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の可変容量型クラッチレス圧縮機。
