Description
Claims (13)
- 送信電極と、
受信電極と、
前記受信電極に連結された電荷供給回路と、
前記送信電極と前記電荷供給回路に連結された交流電圧源と、
前記受信電極に連結された出力接続線とを備え、
前記電荷供給回路は、前記交流電圧源から前記送信電極と前記電荷供給回路とに印加される交流電圧の共通のサイクルに従って電荷供給を実行するように構成されており、且、前記電荷供給回路は、キャパシタを有し、該キャパシタを介して形成された電圧が飽和する場合に、該電圧が前記送信電極と前記受信電極との間の静電容量に応じたレベルで飽和するように配置される、電界物体検出システムであって、
前記キャパシタを介して形成された前記電圧が飽和することを可能にし、該飽和電圧を、前記送信電極と前記受信電極との近傍に物体が存在するときに変化する出力として用いるよう配置される電界物体検出システム。 - 更に、前記出力接続線に連結された高インピーダンス読取手段を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記高インピーダンス読取手段は、アナログデジタル変換器である請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記高インピーダンス読取手段は、比較器である請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記交流電圧源は、共振回路を介して前記送信電極に連結されている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一部がCMOSによって構成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 電子製品用の制御回路であって、当該制御回路中に組み込まれた請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステムを備える電子製品用の制御回路。
- 電界物体検出システムの受信電極から出力を供給する方法であって、
送信電極に第1の交流電圧を供給し、
前記受信電極に連結された切替回路に前記第1の交流電圧と同一位相の第2の交流電圧を供給し、
前記送信電極と前記受信電極との間の容量結合に応じて増加する電圧を前記切替回路のキャパシタ上に供給するために、前記第1の交流電圧及び前記第2の交流電圧のサイクルに従って、前記切替回路を利用した電荷供給を実行し、
前記切替回路の前記キャパシタ上の前記電圧を飽和させ、
前記送信電極と前記受信電極との近傍に物体が存在するときに変化する出力として前記飽和電圧を利用する方法。 - 更に、前記出力を高インピーダンス読取手段中に送出する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記高インピーダンス読取手段は、アナログデジタル変換器である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記高インピーダンス読取手段は、比較器である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の交流電圧は、前記第2の交流電圧と同一である請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の交流電圧は、共振フィルタを介して前記送信電極に前記第2の交流電圧を送出することで供給される請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。
