Claims (7)
- ポンプであって、ポンプケーシング(1)及び該ポンプケーシング内に配置された回転ユニットを備えており、この場合に回転ユニットは側板(19)を有しており、該側板(19)は該側板と前記ポンプケーシング(1)との間に軸方向の隙間(27)が生じるように前記ポンプケーシング(1)に配置されており、さらに前記ポンプケーシング(1)内に軸(3)を支承してあり、かつ前記ポンプケーシングの凹設部(7)内で前記軸(3)の周囲に半径方向軸シールリング(9)を配置してあり、該半径方向軸シールリングは前記回転ユニットを周囲に対してシールするために半径方向でポンプケーシング(1)を密閉しかつ第1のシールリップ(16)によって半径方向で軸(3)を密閉している形式のものにおいて、
半径方向軸シールリング(9)は、軸(3)とポンプケーシング(1)との間の半径方向の密閉部に加えて、ポンプケーシング(1)と側板(19)との間の軸方向の密閉部を備えており、軸方向の密閉部は第2のシールリップ(31)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 軸方向の密閉部は軸方向の隙間(27)を橋絡している請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 第2のシールリップ(31)は、半径方向軸シールリング(9)の半径方向外側に位置するシール部分(13)に配置されている請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 半径方向軸シールリング(9)は、半径方向外側に位置するシール部分(13)をポンプの内部と逆の側に向けて配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
- 側板(19)は軸方向でスペーサ部材(29)を介してポンプケーシング(1)に支承されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
- 軸方向のシールリップ(31)は、軸(3)に接触しないように該軸の手前で終わっている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
- 軸方向の密閉部は、構成部分の製作誤差によって異なる隙間(27)を橋絡するようになっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
