Description

本发明涉及一种泵、尤其是用于变速器供油的叶片泵,它具有一个泵壳体及一个设置在该泵壳体中的旋转组件,其中该旋转组件主要具有一个侧板,该侧板可这样地设置在该泵壳体中,使得至少暂时地在该侧板与该泵壳体之间得到一个轴向缝隙,并且一个轴被支承在泵壳体中及一个径向轴密封圈围绕该轴被设置在一个空腔中。轴向缝隙形成了一个抽吸压力区域与一个漏油压力区域之间的短路,其中该抽吸压力区域通过侧板中的抽吸肾状区域及泵壳体中的一个相应的区域来代表,并且该漏油压力区域主要围绕转子区域中的轴延伸。
因此本发明的任务在于,提供一种泵,它不具有这些缺点。

一个根据本发明的泵的特征在于:该径向轴密封圈被这样地设置,使得它的位于径向外部的密封区段背离泵的内部地定向。
此外优选这样一个泵,在该泵中,侧板通过间隔装置轴向地相对泵壳体被支承。并且优选这样一个泵,在该泵中,轴向的第二密封唇不接触所述轴。这意味着,该密封唇不用于轴密封,而是跨过壳体与侧板之间的缝隙。
根据本发明的另一个泵的特征在于:侧板具有一个密封装置,后者弹性地压在泵壳体上并且由此在静止状态即泵无压力状态下(通过弹簧力)增大所述轴向缝隙。还优选这样一个泵,在该泵中,该轴向密封跨过一个由于部件公差而变化的缝隙。也优选这样一个泵,在该泵中,该轴向密封将一个漏油压力区域相对泵的抽吸油压力区域密封。这具有其优点,即防止泵开动/起动时在漏油压力区域与抽吸油压力区域之间的短路并因此防止抽吸延迟、尤其是在低温时的抽吸延迟。

图1中示出了根据本发明的泵的一个局部的横截面视图。在该视图中,该泵处于静止状态中。在泵壳体1中,一个轴3支承在一个滑动轴承5中。该泵还具有一个空腔7,在该空腔中支承着一个径向轴密封圈9。该径向轴密封圈9具有一个横截面为L形的支撑体11,后者例如可由一种金属材料制成。支撑体11的一个腿被弹性的密封层13包围,该密封层相对泵壳体1密封。一个密封区域15相对轴3的表面密封,该密封区域可具有一个第一密封唇或在该例中具有多个第一密封唇16,这些第一密封唇在旋转的轴3上滑动。密封区域15的这些密封唇通过一个弹簧体17的弹簧力附加地压在轴3的表面上。密封区域15被设置在横截面为L形的支撑体11的另一个腿上。
泵还具有一个侧板19,该侧板轴向向前地封闭这里未进一步示出的旋转组件,该旋转组件由一个具有一些径向的缝槽的转子、一个行程轮廓环及一个由壳体构成的后压板或后盖组成,在这些缝槽中可运动地设置有一些可径向移动的叶片。侧板19在一个空腔21中包括一个所谓的组合密封件23,该组合密封件延伸在该侧板的一定的非环绕的区域上且由此径向地及轴向地密封壳体1中的一个所谓的中间容积25(见DE 100 27 990 A1)的区域。在泵的静止状态中,该密封件23的弹性的弹簧力产生一个相应的弹簧力作用并由此将侧板19压离壳体1,以致形成一个轴向缝隙27。这里在泵的静止状态中,该轴向缝隙如此地大,使得它甚至在一个间隔装置29即一个所谓的摆动环旁边也产生。
该径向轴密封圈9的安装位置与轴密封圈的常规应用情况的区别在于:该密封圈相对常规的轴密封圈扭转过180°地安装,使得它的两个密封腿13及15背离泵的内部地定向。根据本发明,该径向轴密封圈9具有一个附加的第二密封唇31,该第二密封唇被压力注射在密封部件13上且因此跨过泵壳体1与侧板19之间的轴向缝隙27并由此密封该轴向缝隙。通过第二密封唇31的密封是必需的,因为在区域33中存在一定的漏油压力,该漏油压力由在转子与侧板之间的泄漏缝隙旁流过的、来自叶片泵的压力腔的压力油产生。而在缝隙27中存在泵的抽吸压力,该抽吸压力低于区域33中的漏油压力。因此在泵起动期间视这些部件的公差范围而定在侧板19与泵壳体1之间存在不同大小的缝隙27。该缝隙27因此会形成在这里未示出的泵抽吸室与漏油压力区域33之间的连接,其中该泵抽吸室通过该侧板中的抽吸肾状区域及泵壳体中的一个相应的区域来代表,并且该漏油压力区域33基本上围绕转子的区域中的所述轴经过轴中部延伸到旋转组件内室。在该区域中会存在这些压力区域之间的短路,该短路例如尤其在低温时可能导致抽吸延迟。借助径向轴密封圈9的轴向密封唇31中断了这种连接,并且该位置上的抽吸问题可不再出现。由于公差链,对于不同的泵得到所述轴向密封唇的不同大小的偏移。该轴向密封唇的偏移这样地选择,使得在所有的公差范围中均保证密封功能或可使所述缝隙可靠地被跨过及密封。
附加容积25的功能被描述在文献DE 10027990 A1中。
图2示出了泵在工作中的状态的横截面视图。在泵工作中,密封缝隙27被这样地减小,使得旋转组件后的压力使该旋转组件并由此使侧板19压在泵壳体1中的间隔装置29上。因此,该延伸在圆周上的闭合的间隔圈29达到了漏油区域33与抽吸油压力区域之间的密封。通过该压力使组合密封件23相应地压紧并使缝隙27的扩大不可维持。视作用在旋转组件与侧板19上压力的大小而定,侧板19可在所谓的摆动环29上弯曲并由此可改变缝隙27的缝隙宽度。缝隙27的该变化必然使径向轴密封圈9的弹性的第二密封唇31一起变化,而不会由于区域33中的泄漏压力而被径向地压开或翻转。因此,轴向密封唇31不会由于形成的压力差而向外翻倒。
另一个解决方案可以是一个径向轴密封圈及一个轴向地密封的附加的O型密封圈。但这里具有轴向密封唇的该径向轴密封圈具有其优点,因为仅使用一个部件,但该部件却包括两个功能:用分开的密封唇进行径向的及轴向的密封。在本发明的范围中也可考虑轴向密封唇的其它实施例/变型方案。

Claims (10)

1.泵、尤其是用于变速器供油的叶片泵,它具有一个泵壳体(1)及一个设置在该泵壳体(1)中的旋转组件,其中该旋转组件主要具有一个侧板(19),该侧板可这样地设置在该泵壳体(1)中,使得至少暂时地在该侧板(19)与该泵壳体(1)之间得到一个轴向缝隙(27),并且一个轴被支承在泵壳体(1)中及一个径向轴密封圈(9)围绕该轴(3)被设置在一个空腔(7)中,该径向轴密封圈使旋转组件相对周围环境径向地在泵壳体(1)上密封并且通过第一密封唇(16)径向地在轴(3)上密封,其特征在于:该径向轴密封圈(9)除在轴与泵壳体(1)之间的径向密封外还产生泵壳体(1)与侧板(19)之间的轴向密封。
2.根据权利要求1的泵,其特征在于:该轴向密封跨过所述轴向缝隙(27)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的泵,其特征在于:该轴向密封通过一个第二密封唇(31)来体现。
4.根据权利要求3的泵,其特征在于:该第二密封唇(31)被设置在径向轴密封圈(9)的位于径向外部的密封体(13)上。
5.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:该径向轴密封圈(9)被这样地设置,使得它的位于径向外部的密封区段(13)背离泵的内部地定向。
6.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:侧板(19)通过间隔装置(29)轴向地相对泵壳体(1)被支承。
7.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:轴向密封唇(31)不接触所述轴(3)。
8.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:侧板(19)具有一个密封装置(23),后者弹性地压在泵壳体(1)上并且由此在静止状态即泵无压力状态下(通过弹簧力)增大所述轴向缝隙(27)。
9.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:该轴向密封跨过一个由于部件公差而变化的缝隙(27)。
10.根据以上权利要求中一项的泵,其特征在于:该轴向密封将一个漏油压力区域相对泵的抽吸油压力区域密封。
