Claims (4)
- 感温磁性体と電気良導体とを複合して成ると共に、交流励磁が印加されることにより発熱する磁気加温素子において、前記感温磁性体の材料としてNiCuZn系フェライトを使用し、前記NiCuZn系フェライトの組成は、組成式をx(Ni1−a・Cua)O・yZnO・zFe2O3とし、x+y+z=100、a=0〜0.8(但し0は含まず)、x=15〜25、y=35.5〜38、z=48〜52としたものであり、前記感温磁性体は、初透磁率の温度上昇に伴う減少曲線にあって、減少が顕著な曲線部からの延長による外挿で求めた強磁性喪失温度Tfと、常磁性となる温度Tpとの温度差(△T=Tp−Tfであり、常時Tp≧Tfの関係にある)が1〜10℃の範囲にある特性を有するものであることを特徴とする磁気加温素子。
- 請求項1記載の磁気加温素子を交流励磁を印加することにより発熱させる際、該磁気加温素子における加温温度を調整するために印加する交流磁界の強度を0.5〜10mTの範囲で変化させて温度制御を行うことを特徴とする磁気加温素子の温度制御方法。
- 請求項1記載の磁気加温素子を交流励磁を印加することにより発熱させる際、該磁気加温素子における加温温度を調整するために印加する交流磁界に対して直流磁界を重畳すると共に、該直流磁界の強度を0.5〜20mTの範囲で変化させて温度制御を行うことを特徴とする磁気加温素子の温度制御方法。
- 請求項1記載の磁気加温素子を交流励磁を印加することにより発熱させる際、該磁気加温素子における加温温度を調整するために印加する交流磁界の周波数を50〜1000kHzの範囲で変化させて温度制御を行うことを特徴とする磁気加温素子の温度制御方法。
