Description
異なる条件で同時に測定された複数のクロマトグラムについて、各時点のクロマトグラム信号を比較してそれらのうち最大値をその時点の信号値とする合成クロマトグラムを生成するクロマトグラム合成手段を備えることを特徴とする。
[実施例]
本発明の一実施例である液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置(LC/MS)の要部の構成を図1に示す。本実施例の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置10は、質量分析によって得られたクロマトグラム信号をフラクションコレクタ20に出力するものであり、該フラクションコレクタ20では入力信号に基づいて試料の分取が行われる。

Claims (1)
- クロマトグラフ部で時間的に分離された試料成分を質量分析部に導入して分析し、得られたクロマトグラムの信号を出力する機能を備えたクロマトグラフ質量分析装置において、
異なる条件で同時に測定された複数のクロマトグラムについて、各時点のクロマトグラム信号を比較してそれらのうち最大値をその時点の信号値とする合成クロマトグラムを生成するクロマトグラム合成手段を備えることを特徴とするクロマトグラフ質量分析装置。
