Claims (8)
- 開口端部と、バルブプレート(2)により閉じられる反対側端部を有するシリンダ(1)を備え、シリンダ(1)の閉端部とともに圧縮チャンバ(C)を画定するピストン(10)がシリンダ(1)の内側に装着され、ピストン(10)には一対の径方向穴(11)が設けられ、前記各径方向穴は、ピン(20)の一端部を収容して保持し、シリンダ(1)の内側でピストン(10)を往復させて圧縮チャンバ(C)の容積を変えるために、ピン(20)には、コンプレッサの駆動機構が連結されるタイプの、往復密閉コンプレッサのピストンのための装着構成において、ピストンがさらに、切り欠きとして形成されて二つの支持面(10a、10b)を分離する外周凹部(14)を含み、各支持面(10a、10b)がシリンダとの径方向隙間(15)を維持し、二つの支持面(10a、10b)は、シリンダ(1)の内側でピストン(10)を支持し、ピストン(10)の出力損失の減少および圧縮チャンバ(C)に対する外側および内側へのガス漏れの減少を最適化するのに十分な軸方向延在部を有し、前記二つの支持面(10a、10b)のうち、圧縮チャンバ(C)に近いほうの支持面(10a)の軸方向延在部は、もう一方の支持面の軸方向延在部(10b)の軸方向延在部より短く、前記径方向穴(11)は、支持面(10a、10b)の径方向隙間(15)に対して完全にシールされ、両方の径方向隙間(15)は共に、その各軸方向延在部により、シリンダ内のピストンの軸方向の移動の案内手段として作用するだけではなく、圧縮チャンバ(C)に対する外側および内側への冷媒ガスの漏れを抑制する手段としても作用し、圧縮チャンバに対して漏れるためには、冷媒ガスは、ピストンの全長にわたって、径方向隙間を通過しなければならない、装着構成。
- 径方向穴(11)の少なくとも一方のシールは、ピン(20)の端部とピン(20)の端部が収容される対応する径方向穴(11)との間を締まりばめ装着することにより行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 径方向穴(11)の少なくとも一方のシールは、前記径方向穴(11)内に装着されるシール部材(30、40、50、60)によって行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記シール部材(30)は、ピン(20)の一端と前記径方向穴(11)との間に塗布された接着剤によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構成。
- 前記シール部材(40)は、ピン(20)の一端と前記径方向穴(11)との間に圧縮されるように装着されるエラストマーシールリングによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構成。
- 前記シール部材(50)は、ピン(20)の一端部内に軸方向で嵌め付けられるクランプによって形成され、このクランプは、前記径方向穴(11)の内周面にシール状態で当接する端部フランジ(51)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構成。
- 前記シール部材(60)は、ピン(20)の隣接する端部と対向して外側から前記径方向穴(11)の内側に嵌合されるカバーによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構成。
- 両方の径方向穴(11)は、2つの支持面(10a、10b)間に配置されたピストン(10)の外周凹部(14)に対して開口しており、この外周凹部(14)は、支持面(10a、10b)が前記軸方向延在部を有するように寸法付けられた軸方向延在部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成。
