Description
Claims (10)
- 分離して駆動するように連続的に配置された複数のコンベア部によって規定された搬送経路を供給し、
当該搬送経路に沿って相互に間隔をおいて設置された複数の熱処理ステーションを供給し、
当該コンベア部上の当該搬送経路に沿って前記複数の熱処理ステーションの内の1つ以上の当該熱処理ステーションを通過する当該コイルを搬送し、
当該コイルが分離して駆動するコンベア部上を搬送される速度を制御することによって、前記複数の熱処理ステーション間において、当該コイルの異なる運搬及び/又は滞留時間を供給する、
ことを特徴とする熱間圧延製品のコイルの輸送及び熱処理方法。 - 当該コイルは当該熱処理ステーションの1つにおいて増加された冷却速度を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 当該コイルは当該熱処理ステーションの1つにおいて減少された冷却速度を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 選択された熱処理ステーションにおける当該コイルの滞留時間は、当該選択された熱処理ステーション間の当該コイルの搬送時間よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- コイルを支持するパレットから上方に突出した脚の周りに当該コイルが形成されることを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 強制空気が当該コイルの内部側において上方に向かうことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 当該強制空気が当該コイルの内部側から放射状に外方に向け直されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 当該コイルは調節可能なルーバを有するトンネルに囲われ、当該強制空気の適用及び当該ルーバの調節を制御することで、増加された冷却速度が制御されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- トンネル閉鎖体内で当該コイルを保持することで、当該減少された冷却速度が達成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記トンネル閉鎖体に熱が付加されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
