Claims (12)
- 反応器中で、電気的に加熱可能な少なくとも部分的に連続気泡を有するフォーム以外の内部材料に触媒活性材料又はその前駆体を塗布する方法であって、触媒活性材料又はその前駆体を分散相として含むエアロゾルを使用し、エアロゾル分散相が反応器の内部材料に堆積可能な0.1m/s〜4m/sの範囲の速度でエアロゾルが反応器内を移動し、無水マレイン酸、無水フタル酸、アクロレイン、(メタ)アクリル酸又はエチレンオキサイドの製造を行うための不均一気相反応、酸化反応又は脱水素反応を行う反応器の内部材料に塗布するために使用されることを特徴とする塗布方法。
- エアロゾルが、速度0.2m/s〜4m/sで反応器内を移動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- エアロゾル分散相の粒径が0.1μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- エアロゾルが、固体触媒又は固体触媒の前駆体を粒径0.1μm〜10μmに乾燥粉砕し、不活性気体流に計量給送し、かつ分散することにより製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エアロゾルが、液体(加熱されていてもよい)、液体混合物、溶媒、懸濁液又は乳濁液をノズルを用いて細分化することにより製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内部材料が相互に対して可動の成形体により形成され、固定床、流動床又は移動床として存在可能な、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内部材料が統合材料、多孔質材料、織布、編物布、組紐、又は電気的に加熱可能なフォーム以外のフォームであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 規則的に配置された流動溝を含み、内部材料が積重ね充填材又はモノリスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内部材料が管体又はリブを有する管体であり、該管体内を加熱媒体が移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応器内部材料上に堆積した分散相を、固定、活性化、及び/又はか焼することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布が最初に行われる塗布であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布において、反応器中の内部材料表面での再活性化が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
