Description
Claims (15)
- 90°の軸交錯角度をもったクラウン歯車(1)と直線状に歯切りされた平歯車として形成されたピニオン(2)とからなるギア組合せ体であり、
ピニオン(2)の歯(3)がクラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)切下げを縮減するためにクラウン歯車(1)の半径方向において外側から内側に向かって漸増する圧力角を有することを特徴とするギア組合せ体。 - ピニオン(2)の歯(3)がクラウン歯車(1)の半径方向において外側から内側に向かって変化する転位量をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のギア組合せ体。
- ピニオン(2)の歯(3)の転位量が外側から内側に向かって漸増することを特徴とする請求項2記載のギア組合せ体。
- ピニオン(2)の歯(3)の転位量が外側から内側に向かって漸減することを特徴とする請求項2記載のギア組合せ体。
- 90°の軸交錯角度をもったクラウン歯車(1)と直線状に歯切りされた平歯車として形成されたピニオン(2)とからなるギア組合せ体であり、
ピニオン(2)の歯(3)は圧力角が一定である場合にクラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)切下げを縮減するためにクラウン歯車(1)の半径方向において外側から内側に向かって漸減する転位量を有することを特徴とするギア組合せ体。 - ピニオン(2)の歯(3)がさらに半径方向外側から内側に向かって漸増する歯頭の低下(4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または5記載のギア組合せ体。
- クラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)の切下げが完全に回避されることを特徴とする請求項6記載のギア組合せ体。
- 半径方向外側から半径方向内側に向かって漸増するピニオン(2)の歯(3)の圧力角の外側限界値がクラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)の先端限界と同等あるいはそれに近いものとなり、圧力角の半径方向内側の限界値はピニオン(2)の歯(3)の先端限界と同等あるいはそれに近いものとなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のギア組合せ体。
- ピニオン(2)の歯(3)の可変の転位量の半径方向外側限界値がクラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)の先端限界と同等あるいはそれに近いものとなり、転位量の半径方向内側限界値はピニオン(2)の歯(3)の先端限界と同等あるいはそれに近いものとなることを特徴とする請求項2または5記載のギア組合せ体。
- ピニオン(2)の歯(3)の歯面とクラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)の歯面がいずれの点においても互いに接合するよう形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または5記載のギア組合せ体。
- クラウン歯車(1)とピニオン(2)の間に軸ずれが存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1または5記載のギア組合せ体。
- クラウン歯車(1)上で回転するピニオン(2)が軸方向に誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1または5記載のギア組合せ体。
- ピニオン(2)がクラウン歯車(1)の半径方向において内側面および/または外側面上に軸方向に誘導するためのリングあるいは蓋形状の係止め部材(7,6)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載のギア組合せ体。
- クラウン歯車(1)の歯(5)が半径方向内側に向かって球状に平準化され、ピニオンの内側係止め部材(7)のこのピニオン(2)の歯(3)に向いた面(32)が面的な接合に適応するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項13記載のギア組合せ体。
- 互いに対向する2つのクラウン歯車(1)とその間に配置された1つあるいは複数のピニオン(2)とから形成された請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載のギア組合せ体を少なくとも2つ備えてなる作動歯車。
