Claims (2)
- 低帯域パス及び高帯域パスを有するアナログ信号パスの等化フィルタ設定方法であって、
上記アナログ信号パスの特定周波数帯域の振幅応答を求めるステップと、
上記特定周波数帯域を最小位相と仮定して上記振幅応答からヒルベルト変換を用いて上記アナログ信号パスの位相応答を導くステップと、
上記振幅及び位相応答を、上記アナログ信号パスを有する測定装置に校正データとして蓄積するステップと、
上記測定装置の上記低帯域パスの周波数応答を上記測定装置の動作中に内部信号源を用いて測定するステップと、
上記低帯域パスの周波数応答と上記校正データを用いて上記高帯域パスの周波数応答を計算するステップと、
上記高帯域周波数応答を用いて上記高帯域パスを等化にするフィルタを設定するステップと
を具える等化フィルタ設定方法。 - RFフィルタ及びIFフィルタを夫々有する低帯域パス及び高帯域パスを有するアナログ信号パスの等化フィルタ設定方法であって、
特定周波数帯域について上記RFフィルタのRF振幅応答を求めるステップと、
上記特定周波数帯域について上記RF及びIFフィルタを合成した合成振幅応答を求めるステップと、
上記IFフィルタのIF振幅応答を上記RF振幅応答及び上記合成振幅応答から導くステップと、
上記特定周波数帯域について最小位相と仮定し、ヒルベルト変換を用いて、上記RF振幅応答からRF位相応答を計算し、上記IF振幅応答からIF位相応答を計算して、夫々RF及びIF周波数応答ベクトルを生成するステップと、
上記RF及びIF周波数応答ベクトルを、上記アナログ信号パスを含む測定装置に校正データとして蓄積するステップと、
上記測定装置の低帯域周波数応答を上記測定装置の動作中に内部信号源を用いて測定するステップと、
上記低帯域周波数応答と上記校正データを用いて上記測定装置の高帯域周波数応答を計算するステップと、
上記高帯域周波数応答を用いて上記高帯域パスを等化にするフィルタを設定するステップと
を具える等化フィルタ設定方法。
