図3のグラフから、本発明の生成により作成される燃料電池用の金属セパレータにおいて、該導電性保護薄膜における導電性金属粒子(ここでは、白金粒子)は粒径が5nm以上10nm以下であり、該導電性金属粒子が占める面積率が60%以上80%以下であることが、特に好ましいことがわかる。
Claims (5)
- 燃料電池用の金属セパレータであって、金属基板と、該金属基板の表面の導電性保護薄膜とを備え、該導電性保護薄膜は、有機金属錯体を金属基板上にプラズマ重合させることで成膜されたものであって導電性金属粒子と残部有機相で形成されていることを特徴とする金属セパレータ。
- 導電性金属粒子は粒径が10nm以下であり、導電性金属粒子が占める面積率が60%以上80%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属セパレータ。
- 導電性金属粒子は白金であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属セパレータ。
- 有機相はプラズマ重合アセチルアセトンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属セパレータ。
- 燃料電池用の金属セパレータの製造方法であって、金属基板に表面に、有機白金錯体である白金アセチルアセトンを昇華させてプラズマ化した後、堆積させて導電性保護薄膜を成膜することを特徴とする金属セパレータの製造方法。
