Description
Claims (5)
- 圧力下にある流体を調量するための調量装置において、
アクチュエータを収容するためのアクチュエータ室を備えたハウジング(1)が設けられており、
弁ニードル(7)の、アクチュエータにより生ぜしめられる軸方向の摺動により制御可能な調量開口(8)が設けられており、
ハウジング(1)の、開口側の端部の領域に配置されて、ハウジング(1)に溶接される、ハウジング(1)とガイドシャフト(6)とを機械的に結合するための流体チャンバモジュール(4)が設けられており、該流体チャンバモジュール(4)がハウジング内部(9)に対してシールされており、
弁ニードル(7)の一部を包囲し、かつ弁ニードル(7)と相俟って弁室(10)を形成するガイドシャフト(6)が設けられており、該ガイドシャフト(6)の一端が弁ニードル(7)の一端と相俟って調量開口(8)を形成する一方、弁ニードル(7)の他端が流体チャンバモジュール(4)を貫通してハウジング内部(9)に到達し、かつガイドシャフト(6)の他端が流体チャンバモジュール(4)に保持されており、
弁室(10)を高圧接続部に調量流体のためにハイドロリック式に接続する管路(11,15,16)が設けられており、
流体チャンバモジュール(4)とハウジング(1)とが、前記管路(11)が開口し、該管路(11)を介して供給される前記圧力下にある調量流体により圧力負荷される境界面(13)に沿って組み合わされており、該境界面(13)が、軸方向の円筒壁面区分(13)によって形成されており、前記軸方向に直交する水平の境界面区分を有しないことを特徴とする、流体のための調量装置、特に自動車用噴射弁。 - 流体チャンバモジュール(4)が栓体状に、ハウジング(1)の、開口側の端部に挿入されており、ハウジング(1)が流体チャンバモジュール(4)を、ハウジング(1)の、端面側の端部領域(19)まで、十分な壁厚で包囲し、かつ流体チャンバモジュール(4)とハウジング(1)とが、リング状の溶接シーム(12)により、ハウジング(1)の、端面側の端部領域(19)で互いに溶接されている、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- ハウジング(1)の、端面側の端部領域(19)に、半径方向内方に向かって方向付けられた横方向付設部が設けられており、該横方向付設部が、流体チャンバモジュール(4)の外側に設けられた溝(14)内に係入するようになっており、かつ直接溶接シーム(12)の隣に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の調量装置。
- 管路として、孔(11,15,16)がハウジング(1)および流体チャンバモジュール(4)内に設けられており、かつ流体接続するリング溝(17)がハウジング(1)および/または流体チャンバモジュール(4)に設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 流体チャンバモジュール(4)が円筒外面を有しており、該円筒外面が、ハウジング(1)の円筒内面(3)と共に、軸方向の、実質的に境界面(13)に一致するシール面を、ハウジング内部(9)と、流体チャンバモジュール(4)の、前記圧力下にある調量流体を案内する管路(15,16)との間に形成する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
