Description
図1は冷媒を流動させる推進力として振動により駆動する弁を用いた電池パックの例である。二次電池1が電池パック2に収納されている。この二次電池1を冷却する為の冷媒としては冷却風を用いる。冷却風を取り入れる吸気口3の内側に、振動により支点を中心に可動する振動可動弁4が設置されている。電池パック2が機器に取り付けられ、機器が動作する際には、モータなどの振動により電池パック2も振動する。この振動に合わせて振動可動弁4が支点を中心としてうちわのように動作することにより、吸気口3から冷却風が電池パック2内に取り込まれ、その冷却風は二次電池1の側面を通過しながら二次電池1を冷却し排気口5から電池パック2外に排出される。この間、二次電池1の冷却のために使用されるエネルギーは、電池パック2に加わる振動エネルギーのみであり、二次電池1から冷却の為のエネルギーは全く供給されていない。

により駆動する電動ファン6を用いた電池パックの例である。

Claims (3)
- 複数の二次電池と、
前記複数の二次電池を内蔵するパックケースと、
前記パックケースの外の冷媒を取入れる吸入口と、
前記二次電池同士の間に前記二次電池を冷却する為の冷媒を流動させる冷媒流路と、
前記二次電池を冷却させた冷媒をパックケースの外に排気する排出口と、
前記パックケースの内壁に設けられ、前記パックケースが取り付けられた機器の動作により発生する振動により発電する振動式発電機と、
前記吸入口に設けられ、前記振動式発電機の電力で駆動されて前記吸入口から冷媒をパックケース内に取り込むことにより冷媒を流動させる電動ファンと、を有し、前記冷媒を流動させる推進力として振動エネルギーを利用することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記冷媒が前記パックケースの外気であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷媒が液体であるとき、
前記二次電池の周囲に設けられたウォータージャケットと、
前記振動式発電機の電力で駆動される電動ポンプを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池パック。
