Claims (7)
- 回転式アテレクトミー式装置であって、以下;
回転軸および非対称拡大直径部を有する、可撓性があって、かつ細長い回転ドライブシャフトであって、
該非対称拡大直径部分の少なくとも一部が、該ドライブシャフトの組織除去セグメントを形成する組織除去表面を有していて、
拡大直径組織除去部分の各々の巻線の外表面が、拡大直径組織除去部分のお互いの巻線外表面の一点で同一直線上になる点を含んでいて、そのような点はドライブシャフトの回転軸と平行な直線を形成するように該拡大直径組織除去部分が形作られている、
ところの回転ドライブシャフト;ならびに
該拡大半径部分に対して近位および遠位に配置された、放射線を通さないマーカー
を具備している回転式アテレクトミー式装置 - 該マーカーが、金、または白金、またはイリジウム、またはそれらから作られた合金から作られているところの、請求項1に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
- 該拡大直径組織除去部分の少なくとも一部に研磨表面をさらに具備している、請求項1に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
- 研磨表面が、該拡大直径組織除去部分の一部だけを覆っていて、それにより該ドライブシャフトの該拡大直径部分の研磨セグメントを形成するところの、請求項3に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
- 該研磨セグメントが、該ドライブシャフトの該拡大直径組織除去部分の周囲の一部だけに広がっているところの、請求項4に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
- 該研磨表面が、接合材料により該拡大直径組織除去部分に接合された研磨材料を具備しているところの、請求項3に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
- 該接合材料が、金、または白金、またはイリジウム、またはそれらで作られる合金であるところの、請求項6に記載の回転式アテレクトミー装置。
