Description
The present invention relates to a vehicular lamp and a vehicular door mirror device including the vehicular lamp.
Vehicles need to show other traffic to turn left or right or change their course, and the light rays are not obstructing other traffic. Other standards are defined (which can be seen from all positions within a defined range) (depending on the type of vehicle).
For example, in a direction indicator provided on both sides of a vehicle, lighting can be confirmed in the daytime from a distance of 30 m, and the irradiation light beam is assumed not to disturb other traffic. Yes. Further, the direction indicators provided on both side surfaces thereof include a horizontal line O1 passing through the center of the direction indicator and orthogonal to the traveling direction of the automobile (vehicle) as shown in FIG. And a plane 15 degrees below and a vertical plane O2 parallel to the direction of travel of the vehicle (vehicle), including the center of the direction indicator, as shown in FIG. It can be seen from all positions within a range surrounded by a plane of 5 degrees outside the direction indicator and a plane of 60 degrees outside the direction indicator from the rear side.
The technology of
However,
By the way, as described above, in the direction indicator, the range that must be irradiated is determined by law, and it is required that the light emitting unit is securely fixed so as to irradiate in that direction. For example, if it is a rigid board, it can be fixed by providing a nail etc. on the side to fix the board and hooking the board to the nail, and by making a hole in the board and screwing or heat caulking etc. There is a dilemma that can be fixed, but limited in space.
In addition, if it is a flexible substrate, it has excellent flexibility and followability, so it has a high degree of freedom in space. Therefore, the fixing method is difficult, and fixing with a nail, screwing, heat caulking, etc. like a rigid substrate is performed. For example, a method of applying a double-sided tape to a predetermined position on the back or front surface of the substrate and fixing it with the double-sided tape is conceivable. However, the double-sided tape cannot be positioned uniformly and may be displaced. There is also a problem that it cannot be used for a direction indicator that has a predetermined irradiation range such as a turn indicator.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a vehicular lamp capable of irradiating a predetermined range without causing a light-emitting portion to shift even when a flexible substrate having a high degree of freedom is used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle door mirror device including the vehicle lamp.
In order to solve the above problems, a vehicular lamp according to the present invention includes:
A vehicular lamp that is disposed at a predetermined position of a vehicle door mirror device, has a belt-like shape, a light-emitting unit having a light-emitting element and a light-emitting unit that is surface-mounted, and holds the light-emitting unit. A reflector having an opening to be exposed and a light reflecting surface adjacent to the opening, and having a holding portion for holding the light emitting portion at the inner edge of the opening, and a member attached to the door mirror device side. In addition, there is a retaining portion that is located behind the light emitting portion fixed to the holding portion of the opening portion of the reflector in a state where it is combined with the reflector via a flexible substrate and prevents the light emitting portion from coming off from the opening portion. A formed base member and a cover member integrally attached to the base member so as to cover the reflector ,
The sandwiching portion is formed at the inner edge of the opening so as to face in the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate .
Usually, as a method for fixing the flexible substrate to the fixed member (reflector or base member), as described above, a double-sided tape is applied to a predetermined position on the back surface or the front surface of the substrate and the double-sided tape is adhesively fixed to the fixed member. However, it is difficult to perform uniform positioning with this method. Some fixed members (reflectors) have an opening that exposes the light emitting part at a position corresponding to the light emitting part of the flexible substrate, and positioning the light emitting part in the opening allows a certain degree of positioning. Although this can be done, the opening is provided with a clearance with respect to the light emitting portion, and there is a possibility that the position will be displaced by the clearance. Furthermore, since a double-sided tape is used, a process of attaching the double-sided tape to the substrate is necessary, which is a complicated assembly process. According to the present invention, a flexible substrate having a strip shape in which a light emitting portion is surface-mounted includes an opening that exposes the light emitting portion and a light reflecting surface adjacent to the opening, and is provided at the inner edge of the opening. It is held by a reflector in which a clamping part for clamping the light emitting part is formed. According to this, since the light emitting part surface-mounted on the flexible substrate is sandwiched by the sandwiching part formed on the inner edge of the opening of the reflector, the light emitting part is fixed and the light emitting part is positioned. The flexible substrate can be fixed with. That is, the positioning step of the light emitting part (flexible substrate) is not required, and the light emitting part is necessarily positioned by simply fixing the light emitting part to the opening (in other words, positioning and fixing can be performed simultaneously). As a result, since it is clamped by the clamping part formed in the inner edge of an opening part, there is no fear that it may shift | deviate by the bending of a flexible substrate etc., for example.
Further, the base member attached to the door mirror device side is located behind the light emitting part fixed to the sandwiching part of the opening part of the reflector in a state of being combined with the reflector, through the flexible substrate, and from the opening part of the light emitting part A retaining portion for preventing the slipping off is formed, and the cover member is integrally attached to the base member so as to cover the reflector. According to this, since a retaining part is formed behind the light emitting part fixed to the opening (clamping part), fixing by the clamping part (clamping) and prevention by the retaining part (fixing and supporting from behind) The light emitting part can be securely fixed to the opening. As a result, the range determined by the light emitting portion emitting light can be reliably irradiated. Furthermore, since the cover member is integrally attached to the base member so as to cover the reflector, it can be configured as a single unit, and the base member can be relied simply by attaching it to a predetermined position of the door mirror device. A vehicular lamp that can be opened can be provided.
Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, the vehicle lamp of this invention is the following.
A vehicular lamp that is disposed at a predetermined position of a vehicle door mirror device, has a belt-like shape, and a light-emitting unit having a light-emitting element on a surface on one side thereof is surface-mounted, and light emission on an opposite surface A flexible substrate having a hard plate attached at a position opposite to the portion, an opening for holding the flexible substrate and exposing the light emitting portion, and a light reflecting surface adjacent to the opening, and an inner edge of the opening Is a reflector formed with a sandwiching part for sandwiching the light emitting part, and a member attached to the door mirror device side, and in a state combined with the reflector, the light emitting part fixed to the sandwiching part of the opening of the reflector A base member that is located behind the rigid plate and has a stopper that prevents the light emitting part from coming off from the opening, and a base member that covers the reflector. Characterized by comprising a cover member attached to.
In the above aspect of the present invention, a hard plate is attached to a position opposite to the light emitting portion on the surface opposite to the side where the light emitting portion is surface-mounted in the flexible substrate. ing. Here, when assembling the flexible board to the reflector, that is, when assembling the light emitting part to the holding part of the opening, the light emitting part is directed from the back to the opening through the flexible board using a finger or a dedicated jig. And press-fitting so that the light emitting unit is clamped in the clamping unit. Usually, the light emitting part is mounted on the surface of the flexible board by soldering, and the flexible board having excellent flexibility may be bent when it is press-fitted into the sandwiching part (opening part). Although there is a risk of stress concentration occurring in the light source, the hard plate is provided at a position opposite to the light emitting part, and the light emitting part is pressed on the entire surface of the hard plate. In the vicinity (region corresponding to the hard plate), the flexible substrate is not bent, the stress concentration on the solder can be reduced, and the light emitting portion can be easily assembled to the sandwiching portion.
The retaining member is located behind the light emitting portion fixed to the holding portion of the opening portion of the reflector in a state where the base member is combined with the reflector through a hard plate and prevents the light emitting portion from coming off from the opening portion. Is forming. According to this, since the retaining portion is located behind the light emitting portion through the hard plate, the retaining portion does not directly contact the flexible substrate, and the flexible substrate may be damaged due to the retaining portion. There is no.
Moreover, the vehicular lamp of the present invention is
The reflector is provided with a pair of convex rails extending in the longitudinal direction of the flexible board on both sides of the opening in the vicinity of the opening on the side holding the flexible board. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which a plate is fitted. According to this, since the hard plate is fitted in the convex rail portion, that is, the hard plate is fixed to the convex rail portion in the width direction of the flexible substrate, positioning in the width direction of the flexible substrate and the flexible substrate It is possible to prevent misalignment of the (light emitting portion) and to fix it reliably. As a result, the range determined by the light emitting portion emitting light can be reliably irradiated.
Moreover, the vehicular lamp of the present invention is
The structure which the hard plate was formed according to the width | variety of a flexible substrate can be taken. According to this, since the hard plate is formed in accordance with the width of the flexible substrate, the flexible substrate is prevented from being bent or suppressed in the hard plate formation region, thereby preventing stress concentration on the solder or the like for mounting the light emitting portion. Or it can suppress and can protect a light emission part. Moreover, since both are formed in the substantially same width | variety, a hard plate can be attached to the position defined easily.
The vehicular lamp of the present invention is
A configuration may be adopted in which the sandwiching portion is formed at the inner edge of the opening so as to face each other in the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate. For example, when the flexible substrate is held by the reflector (when the light emitting unit is fixed to the opening), the flexible substrate has a strip shape, and thus is bent (flexed) in the thickness direction. Fixed. At this time, since the flexible substrate is in a curved state, it is easily deformed, that is, moved (displaced) in the longitudinal direction, but since the light emitting portion is sandwiched along the longitudinal direction, the flexible substrate is effectively flexible. The substrate can be fixed.
The vehicular lamp of the present invention is
The sandwiching portion can be configured to be formed on the inner edge of the opening so as to face each other in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the flexible substrate. According to this, since the sandwiching portion is formed on the inner edge of the opening so as to face each other in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the flexible substrate, the flexible substrate can be positioned and prevented from shifting in the longitudinal direction and the width direction.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present embodiment mainly exemplifies a vehicle door mirror device mounted on a door of an automobile (vehicle) and a vehicle lamp attached to the vehicle door mirror device, but the present invention is not limited to these. Various modifications based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art are possible without departing from the scope of the claims.

FIG. 5 is a plan view (A), a bottom view (B), and a side view (C) showing the main part of the
When the
The hard plate 25 only needs to be formed to be harder than at least the flexibility (flexibility) of the
The
The

FIG. 7 is a front view and a cross-sectional view of the wall portion 32 corresponding to the A portion, the B portion, and the C portion in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7A, a

Next, FIG. 8 is a perspective view (A), a plan view (B), and a bottom view (C) as seen from above showing the base member. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the
The retaining portion 42 is in a state in which the
Returning to FIG. 4, the
Next, an example of a method for assembling the
At this time, the
In addition, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7A, the holding
The sandwiching
Subsequently, returning to FIG. 10A, similarly to the assembly of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 11A, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the
In this embodiment, the

In the modification, the description of the same parts as in the above embodiment will be given the same reference numerals, and the detailed description will be omitted or simplified.
