Description
The present invention relates to a vehicular lamp and an assembling method thereof.
In vehicles (automobiles), it is necessary to show other traffic (vehicles or pedestrians) to turn right or left or change course. And, as the irradiation light does not interfere with other traffic, the standard of visual recognition in terms of the color, brightness, etc. of the lamp (being able to see from all positions within the specified range) Is stipulated.
For example, in the direction indicators provided on both sides of the vehicle, lighting can be confirmed in the daytime from a distance of 30 m, and the irradiation beam does not interfere with other traffic. Has been. Further, the direction indicator provided on both side surfaces includes a horizontal plane including a horizontal line O1 passing through the center of the
By the way, since the door mirror device provided on both sides of the vehicle is at a moderate height from the road surface, it is easy to see from other traffic such as oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. Conventionally, focusing on this advantage of high visibility, a door mirror device having a turn indicator function that lights when a vehicle turns right or left or changes its course is known. An application for a vehicular lamp has been filed (see Patent Document 1).
A vehicular lamp is mounted on a housing of a door mirror device, and includes a flexible board on which a predetermined number of light emitters (LEDs) are attached, a reflector for fixing the flexible board, and a base member for fixing the reflector. And a cover member for protecting the light emitter. In a conventional lamp, an operator pushes and attaches the light emitter of the flexible substrate into the concave groove portion of the reflector with a finger, and then attaches the reflector in this state to the base member.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a vehicular lamp and an assembling method thereof that can be easily assembled even when the width of the reflector is narrow and can accurately position the light emitter. The task is to do.
In order to solve the above problems, a vehicular lamp according to the present invention includes:
A vehicle lamp mounted on a housing of a vehicle door mirror device,
A beltlike shape form, whereas emitters on the surface side is surface-mounted, a rigid plate is mounted at a position opposed to the light emitter in the plane of the other side, an end portion of said rigid plate in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction a flexible substrate provided as a mounting portion overhanging,
A base member provided with a mounted portion to which the mounting portion of the hard plate is mounted so that the light emitting body of the flexible substrate is positioned on the outside, the member being mounted on the housing;
A reflector provided with an opening that is attached to the base member in a state in which the flexible substrate is attached and exposes the light emitter of the flexible substrate;
A cover member integrally attached to the base member so as to cover the reflector;

Similarly, the assembly method is
A method for assembling a vehicle lamp to be mounted on a housing of a vehicle door mirror device,
A beltlike shape form, whereas emitters on the surface side is surface-mounted, a rigid plate is mounted at a position opposed to the light emitter in the plane of the other side, an end portion of said rigid plate in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction The flexible board provided as a mounting portion with the protruding portion is attached to the mounting portion provided on the base member attached to the housing with the mounting portion of the hard plate so that the light emitter is located outside. Thereafter, a reflector is attached to the base member so that the light emitter is exposed from an opening provided in the reflector, and then a cover member is integrally attached to the base member so as to cover the reflector. It is characterized by.
In a conventional vehicle lamp, a flexible substrate on which a light emitter is surface-mounted is attached to a reflector, and the reflector in this state is attached to a base member. However, in the vehicular lamp according to the present invention, the flexible board on which the light emitter is surface-mounted is attached to the base member, and then the reflector is attached to the base member. That is, an attachment portion formed by projecting an end portion of the hard plate attached to the surface facing the light emitting body mounted on the flexible substrate in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate is provided on the base member. It is attached to the mounting part. Since the portion of the base member where the mounting portion is provided is open, and there is no need to push the flexible substrate into the narrow concave groove portion of the reflector as in the prior art, the assemblability is improved and the base member Therefore, the flexible substrate can be reliably positioned. In particular, even if the width of the concave groove portion of the reflector is narrow from the viewpoint of design, the flexible substrate can be attached to the base member without hindrance. Furthermore, since the hard plate is large, the heat dissipation effect is improved and the life of the light emitter is extended.
Specifically, the attached portion includes first and second protrusions that are fixed integrally with the base member and are disposed to face each other with a predetermined gap therebetween.
The attachment portion is inserted into the gap between the first and second protrusions and is held between them.
When the flexible substrate is attached to the base member, the operator only has to insert (insert) the attachment portion of the flexible substrate into the gap between the first and second protrusions fixed to the base member.
Further, at least one of the first and second protrusions has a displacement prevention portion for preventing the attachment portion inserted in the gap therebetween from being displaced in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate. It is desirable to be provided.
As a result, the flexible substrate attached to the attached portion of the base member is prevented from shifting in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, and is positioned more reliably.
The first or second protrusion is provided with a guide rail portion for guiding insertion of the attachment portion,
The guide rail portion may be provided so as to stand vertically or obliquely with respect to the bottom surface portion of the base member.
Thereby, the operator can press the attachment portion of the flexible substrate against the guide rail portion and insert it into the gap between the first and second protrusions in a form of sliding obliquely, so that the attachment operation is easy.
In addition, at least one of the first and second protrusions is elastically deformed by contacting the mounting portion inserted into the gap, and elastically restored in a state where the mounting portion is inserted into the gap. A locking portion that locks the mounting portion and prevents the mounting portion from being detached or displaced can be provided.
When the attachment portion is inserted into the gap between the first and second protrusions, the locking portion provided on at least one of them is elastically deformed by coming into contact with the attachment portion. And this latching | locking part is elastically restored in the state in which the attachment part was inserted, and latches with an attachment part. Thereby, it is prevented that a mounting part slips out or shifts.
Moreover, the pressing part for pressing the flexible substrate attached to the said base member toward the said base member is provided in the surface part facing the said base member in the said reflector.
The flexible substrate attached to the base member is pressed by a pressing portion provided on the reflector. Thereby, a flexible substrate is hold | maintained more reliably at a base member.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle C showing a mounting state of the vehicle
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the vehicle
The lamp 1 of the present embodiment will be described. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the vehicular lamp 1 of the present embodiment, FIG. 5A is a plan view of the
First, the
各LED9〜12は表面実装型LED(SMD LED;Surface Mount Device Light-Emitting Diode)であり、フレキシブル基板4にパターン印刷された配線に接続する形で半田付け等の手段により実装されている。
The
Each of the
The front end portion of the
The
Next, the
The first attached
As shown in FIG. 7A, the inner width L of the
Since the 2nd and 3rd to-
Also in the second mounted
As shown in FIG. 7B, when the first and
As shown in FIG. 4, a through

The

A method for assembling the lamp 1 of this embodiment will be described. In the lamp 1 of the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 7B, the mounting
In almost the same manner, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
And the
A modification of the lamp 1 according to the above embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 9A, the
Next, another modified example will be described. As shown in FIG. 10A, the first attached
