Claims (7)
- 互いに逆向きに回転する少なくとも2つの成形工具(12,13)を用いて缶胴(11)を変形加工及び/又は折り曲げ加工するための装置であって、成形工具のうちの1つが半径方向で送り可能にレバー(14)に配置されており、前記成形工具のうちの1つの成形工具が該成形工具の縦軸線を中心として回転可能な内側工具であり、該内側工具に、前記缶胴(11)を緊定するようになっており、前記成形工具のうちの別の成形工具が外側工具であり、該外側工具が外側から、前記緊定された缶胴(11)に接近させられるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
レバー(14)が、減速伝動装置(16)を備えた若しくは減速伝動装置を備えないモータ(15)並びにインクリメンタル型発信器若しくは角度エンコーダー(17)から成る制御可能な操作駆動部(15,16,17)に結合されていることを特徴とする、缶胴の変形加工及び/又は折り曲げ加工のための装置。 - レバー(14)が旋回レバーとして形成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 複数の前記レバーを設けてあり、該レバー(14)が旋回レバーとして形成されており、該各旋回レバー(14)がそれぞれ2つの工具(13a,13b)を保持しており、該工具が交互に成形工具として旋回可能である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記2つの成形工具(12,13)を備える一対の成形工具を複数備えており、該一対の成形工具は環状に配置してあり、かつ基準リングを設けてあり、該基準リングが、前記環状に配置された複数の一対の成形工具(12,13)によって規定された円の中心に配置されていて、成形工具交換の後にインクリメンタル型発信器若しくは角度エンコーダー(17)のゼロ点校正のための基準点として用いられている請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記複数の成形工具を備える回転機械において、各レバー(14)がそれぞれ、外部から個別に制御可能な各操作駆動部(15,16,17)に結合されている請求項3又は4記載の装置。
- 電気式の操作駆動部の実際の電流値を、該操作駆動部の回転角度の関数として検出し、これから求められた力と回転角度の関係を示す力特性を、記憶された力特性と比較するようになっており、これによって許容の偏差値の超えられている場合に缶胴が選別されるようになっている請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 典型的な欠陥原因となる力特性のためのメモリーが設けられている請求項6項記載の装置。
