Claims (4)
- 高い圧力を持ったガスが供給されるガス通路に設けた段差部と、前記段差部に対し摺動可能に配置され中心に小さい断面積を持った小流路を形成すると共に外周に大きい断面積を持った大流路を形成し且つ前記段差部と当接したとき該大流路が段差部によって遮蔽されるように構成した仕切部材と、前記仕切部材をガス通路に於けるガスの流通方向上流側に付勢する付勢部材と、を有する断熱圧縮防止構造に於いて、前記仕切部材に於ける上流側の端面よりも下流側に小流路と大流路を連通させた連通路を形成したことを特徴とする断熱圧縮防止構造。
- 前記仕切部材に形成した連通路が、該仕切部材の側面に形成され且つ中心に形成された小流路と外周に形成された大流路とを結ぶ穴であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した断熱圧縮防止構造。
- 前記仕切部材に形成した連通路が、該仕切部材に於けるガスの流通方向下流側に形成され且つ中心に形成された小流路と外周に形成された大流路とを結ぶ溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した断熱圧縮防止構造。
- 減圧機構を内蔵し一次側から供給された高い圧力を持ったガスを減圧して二次側に供給し得るように構成した圧力調整器に於いて、一次側のガス通路に請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載した断熱圧縮防止構造を設けたことを特徴とする圧力調整器。
