Claims (8)
- 高温ガスを熱源兼流動化気体として流動層乾燥機に導入してコークス炉に装入する石炭等の湿潤原料を乾燥させる湿潤原料の乾燥方法において、流動層乾燥機へ湿潤原料を装入する装入シュートの内部に、前記装入シュートの摺動面に接続された複数の吹込みノズルを用いて前記高温ガスの一部を吹き込むことを特徴とする湿潤原料の乾燥方法。
- 前記高温ガスの一部を、装入シュート内部の側端部に向けて吹き込む請求項1に記載の湿潤原料の乾燥方法。
- 前記高温ガスの一部を、装入シュートの上流側から装入シュートの内部に向けて吹き込む請求項1に記載の湿潤原料の乾燥方法。
- 前記高温ガスの一部を、装入シュートの内部に吹き込むと共に流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍にも導入し、流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍でのガス温度が露点以上となるように、装入シュート内部への高温ガス吹込み量と流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍への高温ガス導入量を制御する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の湿潤原料の乾燥方法。
- 高温ガスを熱源兼流動化気体として流動層乾燥機に導入してコークス炉に装入する石炭等の湿潤原料を乾燥させる湿潤原料の乾燥装置において、流動層乾燥機へ湿潤原料を装入する装入シュートの内部に向けて前記高温ガスの一部を吹き込む複数の吹込みノズルを前記装入シュートの摺動面に設けたことを特徴とする湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
- 吹込みノズルの吹出し方向が装入シュート内部の側端部に向くように吹込みノズルを配置した請求項5に記載の湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
- 吹込みノズルを装入シュートの上流側に配置し、吹込みノズルの吹出し方向が装入シュートの内部を向くようにした請求項5に記載の湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
- 前記高温ガスの一部を流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍に導入するガス配管を設け、さらに、流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍でのガス温度が露点以上となるように、装入シュート内部への高温ガス吹込み量と流動層乾燥機のガス出口近傍への高温ガス導入量を制御する制御装置を設けた請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
