試験温度
200℃
試験に供した各サンプルの原料組成および混合比率は下記の通り

サンプルC 95 5
※〔重量%〕
フッ素オイル2cc中に、サンプルA〜Cをそれぞれ2g投入して試験を開始した。開始後一定時間経過時点でのそれぞれのサンプルのフッ素オイル残存量について調べた結果は下記の通りであった

※〔%〕
サンプルAは試験開始後400時間以内にフッ素オイルの急激な蒸発が始まったのに対し、サンプルBでは400時間が経過するまで急激な蒸発は発生せず、またサンプルCでは500時間後も急激な蒸発は発生しなかった。
Claims (6)
- パーフルオロポリエーテル(PFPE)などフッ素系潤滑油を用いる摺動用金属素材中に含窒素化合物として窒化金属類粉あるいは窒化非金属類粉を混合させてなることを特徴とした含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
- 窒化金属類粉が窒化鉄や窒化銅、窒化アルミニウム、窒化マグネシウム、窒化カルシウム、窒化ニオブ、窒化バリウム、窒化ガリウムのいずれか1種または2種以上の混合物であるところの請求項1に記載の含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
- 窒化非金属類粉がボロンナイトライド(窒化ホウ素)、窒化ケイ素のうち少なくとも1種または2種以上の混合物であるところの請求項1に記載の含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
- 摺動用金属素材中に混合する金属系含窒素化合物の添加量が少なくとも0.01重量%以上であるところの請求項1又は請求項2の何れか1に記載の含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
- 摺動用金属素材中に混合する非金属系含窒素化合物の添加量が0.01〜55重量%の範囲内であるところの請求項1又は請求項3の何れか1に記載の含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
- 耐熱性金属摺動部材が焼結含油軸受であるところの請求項1〜5の何れか1に記載の含窒素化合物を混合した耐熱性金属摺動部材。
