Description
「新版レジオネラ症防止指針」 監修 厚生省生活衛生局企画課、発行者:(財団法人)ビル管理教育センター 平成11年11月 初版発行
基礎検討として、非酸化性バイオサイドによる洗浄によっても水中のレジオネラ属菌の遺伝子が容易には分解されないことを下記のようにして確認した。
レジオネラ属菌が繁殖した、保有水量:10m3、冷凍能力:200RTの循環冷却水系に200mg/Lのグルタルアルデヒドを投入して水系内を除菌洗浄した後、5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンを水系内の濃度が計算上2mg/Lを維持するように補給水に対して連続的に供給する処理を行った。なお、水系の洗浄後の全換水は行わず、冷却水系の濃縮倍率が約5倍となるように濃縮管理を行った。
Claims (1)
- 酸化性バイオサイドの併用なしに、非酸化性バイオサイドにより継続的にレジオネラ属菌を抑制する処理を行っている水系の洗浄時期の判断方法において、
培養法ではレジオネラ属菌が検出されない前記水系の水を定期的に採取し、前記水におけるレジオネラ属菌の遺伝子の有無を遺伝子検査法によって検査して、前記培養法では検出されないレジオネラ属菌の遺伝子が検出されたときに、前記水系を、レジオネラ属菌を確実に駆除する化学洗浄を行う洗浄時期であると判断することを特徴とする水系の洗浄時期の判断方法。
